Meraba. We had a family vacation in June 2024. A cozy small hotel, very responsive and hospitable staff tried to do everything so that our vacation left only warm memories. Sebastian steers at the reception and solves any problem in 6 seconds- thank you very much! The waiters and chefs are great guys - you are the best. And they cover and sing and dance! The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. Special thanks to chef Kang, thanks to him all the dishes were very tasty and in sufficient quantity. Barbecue meat, fish, pizza is just a bomb. Animation is Sedate, he is engaged with the kids as with his children, it was very nice to watch! We went to the hammam with our daughter every day after the beach - this is generally love, cleanliness is perfect everywhere, in general, the vacation was a 200% success. We had a rest in September from 22 to 30, 2024. The impression of the hotel itself is strange. A tired hotel with a good location, a well-maintained small territory, a nice outdoor terrace. The hotel is small and cozy. Immediately upon check-in, they ask for an additional $ 40 for a "good room". We had a standard paid for. We were offered a choice (after the claim) of a small room on the ground floor with two narrow beds. The balcony is right in front of the table in the pool area. I would classify this room as an economy room (compared to other standard rooms in Turkey in 4-5* hotels). We chose a room in the attic without additional payment. Beautiful mountain view from a closed shaded balcony. It's not hot with the balcony door open. We don't like to use old air conditioners. The old carpet in the room! Also an economy room, apparently, the Kitchen is not bad (imported from the Sultan 5* chain hotel). The staff is tired. He was not seen cleaning. But we were constantly smoking, drinking coffee from a coffee machine, and sitting at tables on the terrace...The restaurant was delayed opening for breakfast. The staff is in the kitchen without a special uniform. The fried eggs began to fry half an hour after opening. There were many different fruits. There are few children. And I don't know what to feed them in this hotel. The doors in the restaurant are rarely washed. One day, the kitchen door and the wall were covered with red sauce; they had not been washed before breakfast. An ordinary DJ in a hotel with strange mournful music in the evenings. I don't thank you for the beautiful sea and coastline in Chamyuva Kemer). In general, in 2024, the service somehow sank. I was in Kemer in May, too, at 4 * (on fire). There is NO price-quality ratio. It is expensive and not very high quality. This was also said by the guests from the 5* hotels in the transfer... For the extension of the room from 12:00 to 18:20, we agreed for $ 30 (naturally without documents) . They asked for 40. In general, the hotel is 3*+ (although it was not in 3 rooms) or 4*- . There is no good manager. I visited Turkey for the first time in September - it's very velvety).

I had a rest with my sons from August 16 to 23, 2024, they settled in quickly, fed me. The room was provided to choose from, they chose a more comfortable one with an additional fee. The hotel tries to create the most comfortable conditions for recreation, the DJ monitors the reaction to music, conducts games on the water for men. Cartoons were shown for children, and a disco for adults. The bar is open all day until 10 p.m. There is a choice. They cook fish and meat, cutlets, bake various pizzas. Thanks a lot to the kitchen staff! There was a lot of food and there was always a choice. There were pancakes and scrambled eggs in the morning. Meat and fish dishes in the evening. Lots of fruits. Lots of pastries, different cakes. Vacationers themselves sometimes spoil the rest for others, occupy sun beds at 6 a.m. and come to them at lunch, collect fruits in bags... Drunk people were not seen at the hotel, many families from Turkey, with children, the child had someone to talk to) Separately, I would like to note the work of the manager, he is very attentive and tries to provide comfort to all vacationers. The spa services didn't make a big impression, but I'm not a big fan of them either. The Internet catches poorly, but we had enough. We were satisfied with everything! After reading the reviews, my husband and I decided to go to Larissa Inn anyway. It was terrible. Almost all vacationers go through the same thing: check-in on the ground floor, for an additional fee on the floors above. It was the same with us, but we were given the last floor for free. There's just a sauna, while we were in the elevator, we had time to feel all the aromas of the hotel: there's food, dirty / clean linens, waste. Empty bottles, trash on the stairs - it was almost all the rest time. The room was cleaned every day, but the plumbing and floor were not washed all 11 days of our stay. The bed linen and towels are stained and full of holes. The air conditioner was not working well, and there was a smell of dust. As a result, it started dripping and flooding the floor, even after calling the master, the problem was not particularly solved.
The food was more or less. The pool seats were occupied with towels in the early morning, so the probability of getting on the sunbed was reduced to 0. The same story was with the sun beds on the beach. Well, there's a real problem: at most 10 not broken sun beds, which were constantly occupied by other people's things. So it's understandable if there aren't enough places for all the vacationers. Constantly filled trash cans and trash on the sand. It was very rarely cleaned there, but on the beaches of other hotels there was constant monitoring of cleanliness and for those who were not their vacationers. I've seen a lot of fights at the reception with the manager, who behaved just beastly, even with the elderly. People demanded their own, but they received so much indignation, rudeness and ridicule from their colleagues. The tour operators couldn't solve anything at all. The staff are mostly young guys, but they have a lot of arrogance. There was a feeling that everyone owed them. The highlight of everything was to see a live cockroach in the dining room and a withered one in the room. I was in Turkey earlier, I really enjoyed my vacation, despite the fact that it was 3*. This time I'm just in shock. The sea also saved the excursions.
Everyone has their own idea of the good and the bad. Unfortunately, this time it turned out that way.

The rest was in July from 7-16 2024. I have been vacationing with my son for 8 years. The hotel was fully occupied and we were placed in not the best room, but the next day, we were (upon request) moved to another room, which was very comfortable to stay in. The balcony overlooking the mountains, it just cannot be described in words, it is very beautiful. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning. The rooms, of course, are not the newest, but we were comfortable. Cleaning was carried out every day with the replacement of bed linen, towels, toilet paper, garbage disposal. Very pleasant.
There were a lot of vacationers with children in the hotel, it was very pleasing. My son had a good time.
A dining room with a large assortment of dishes. Of course, there are not many delicacies, but it was always possible to eat well. Mostly a lot of greens, cheeses, vegetables, French fries, pasta, chicken, fish. In the morning, an omelet with sausage, pancakes on the grill. Pizza is often made. Fruit:plums, peaches, apricots, apples, oranges, watermelon, melon. The products are always fresh and the dishes are delicious. There are many different cakes. The staff constantly monitors the cleanliness of the dining room, reports napkins, wipes the tables.
There is a swimming pool on site, clean and well maintained.
There is always a manager at the reception (I don't remember his name), who always helps with any questions that arise, very pleasant and tactful in communication.
At the bar, we only took sprite and Coke, I won't tell you about alcoholic beverages, I don't drink alcohol. There are programs for children, although they play around, but it was interesting for children to frolic, they included cartoons. For adults, disco, belly dancing, live music.
Overall, the rest was a success. My son and I got a lot of positive emotions and memories))

A lot of vegetables, mostly chicken meat, sometimes fish, local sweets. The rooms are cleaned, linen is changed once a week, the staff are handsome young men, polite and friendly. The beach is five minutes away, but it is small and there are not enough sun beds for everyone. The SPA has wonderful massage therapists. There is very loud music in the evenings from 21:00 to 23:00.

We went to the Larissa Inn 4* hotel from July 22 to July 30, 2023. And we are very happy with our choice!
The hotel is family-run, not noisy. Friendly staff, manager Sebastian helped with everything! Speaks excellent Russian, very kind and attentive! All employees obey him, rustle)
The room was given at 14h., they offered to replace it with a more spacious one, but we refused, as the standard one was fine, we looked at the site earlier. The air conditioning in the room worked well. View of the mountains and palm trees.
We turned out to be capricious customers - then give us warm blankets, in the heat it's 38 degrees, then the curtains don't go, then the air conditioner doesn't work as we need it) and all sorts of other moments. They eliminated everything without a hitch. Sebastian came to us all the time, he was interested in everything, if there were any problems)
Nutrition - a lot of fruits, including cherries, watermelons, pears, apples, grapes of 2 types, plums. There was no meat, but there was fish for dinner on the grill, for lunch fish and chicken are always quite tasty; all kinds of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers; soft cheeses such as cheese of several types.
A nice clean small pool with one slide, spent time after lunch until the heat subsides a little, then went to the sea.
Of the cons, Wi-Fi did not work in the room, only at the reception and in the restaurant and corridor, by the pool, it seems, too..
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach past stalls and other hotels. The sea is magnificent, clean, transparent. There are not enough sun beds, it was possible to take them in advance, we did not take them. Somehow they found themselves or released them in front of us.
The disco was so-so, the music did not change, there was a mini disco.
Don't read negative reviews, it's a good hotel, and for the money it's great!

A good hotel for its price. We had a vacation in June together with my husband. I definitely read the reviews before the trip and did not see anything criminal for myself.
Let's talk about the shortcomings right away, maybe it's important for someone. There is almost no hot water during the day. We lived on the 4th floor and during the day the water in the shower is barely warm or even cool. We got used to the heat quickly and didn't bother. In the evening, the water is warmer, but still not hot.
Another problem with the sunbeds. There are not enough of them and it would be better to completely remove the broken sunbeds from the beach. And the tourists themselves who occupy sun beds for the whole day, and come to the beach for 30 minutes - why are you doing this? When will this kindergarten stop?
Otherwise, we were satisfied with everything!
The room was given with an additional payment of an improved category. I always do this and provide myself with a comfortable stay. They asked for the quietest and calmest. Great view of the mountains.
In general, the hotel was quite quiet. The rooms have good insulation or the people themselves didn't make any noise, but it was wonderful!
The food is very decent. Based on the amount for vouchers - 12 days 150,000
They wanted to go to Chamyuva and it was almost the most budget option.
All hotels of the 1st line for these days gave prices 50-70,000 more expensive.

About the booze, we made different cocktails, beer, strong as usual, baileys, mahito, a lot of cola, sprite, etc. and so on... In general, it's not bad! The sea is just super! Warm, transparent. The beach is small, there were not enough sunbeds. But we went in the morning and returned at lunch, because it was hot and it was simply not possible to lie down! There was one basik and one slide on the territory. The territory itself is small, little greenery and dirty. But we turned a blind eye to it, we were fine as it was! The rooms were cleaned daily, and they were washed too. But since there is a saving of electricity, the kanders were turned on few places, except in the rooms. The rooms were weak, but they worked... In general, the picture is like this... We rested, bought up and did not pay attention to everything!!!

We had a rest in July 2024. The lobby and the roof of the hotel are stained glass, it heats up like in a greenhouse, but there is no air conditioning!!! That is, in the hall and in all the corridors, the stuffiness is incredible!! The restaurant has a large outdoor air conditioner, but the doors are open and it can't handle it. You're sitting at the table and sweating. The air conditioner in the room is old with a remote control, but nothing is regulated, it works like a fan, drives warm air, cracks and makes noise, does not let you sleep at night. You get up in the morning with a broken head. What kind of vacation is this? The food is normal. The staff are young guys - well done. It's close to the sea. I visited this wonderful hotel in early July. It looks nothing like that... Until you check into the room.
Let's divide the pros and cons of this hotel.
Positive:
- The hotel looks good.
- There is a swimming pool.
-Food +- you can eat. There was chicken and fish every day.
-The animators organized entertainment on and around the pool in the form of water polo and aqua aerobics, as well as daily darts competitions.
- They put shampoos in the room.
- The sea is a thrill
Minuses:
- When we checked into the room, there was no refrigerator.
- The air conditioner dripped at night.
- The push was loose and leaking.
The whole next day was coming up to fix all the problems. By the evening we had managed.
- The room was a little dirty (although it seemed to be cleaned everywhere, every day), someone else's cigarette butt was lying on the balcony.
-The password from the free Wi-Fi, the people at the reception do not know (who will rest in 2024, the password is sebo2024), but they know from the paid one. Word of mouth helped.

We went to this hotel cautiously with a lot of bad reviews. But it wasn 't all that bad . We arrived early , we were checked in immediately without talking or paying extra . We lived in room 116 . The air conditioner and refrigerator were working . There are no cockroaches or mold . Towels were changed almost every day. We changed the bed once in 7 days . We had a rest in September 17 , there were enough sun beds . Special thanks to the staff of the spa Rishat and the massage therapist Ashat ( maybe I didn 't spell the name correctly ) . It was wonderful. There was enough food , we didn 't stay hungry . Lots of fruits . We were going to a budget hotel . They didn 't ask for money for anything . Fi - fi catches badly , somehow they were treated , they didn 't hang on the phone . I would like the reception staff to be more friendly , completely ignored , but apparently they are not given this .

To begin with, I am not a picky vacationer and have been to 4-star, 3- and even 2-star hotels. And I have not seen such trash even in 2 parks in our country.
KITCHEN: whoever wrote that the kitchen is normal and "you won't stay hungry." Well, first of all, 4ka is not the hotel where you will find something to eat. Level four implies that it has a variety of dishes. At least several types of first and second courses to choose from. Not to mention the variety of alcoholic beverages. IN FACT: one kind of the first of questionable quality. The food was absolutely the same throughout the stay. Chicken, potatoes, pasta. THE DINING ROOM IS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! This is the dirtiest place in the hotel. The dishes are very dirty, the plates are not only broken, but also greasy with stuck food, the cutlery is also poorly washed. THERE are A LOT OF FLIES (the fact is that the dining room is located opposite the neighboring hotel, which has a garbage can in this direction). IT is important to understand that the hotel DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN KITCHEN, all the food is prepared at the Larisa sultan hotel and from there they take it all by car in baking trays (who still decides to go there, watch how they unload the baking trays from a dirty car) . There is a barbecue area in the dining room, but in fact they cook the first 30 minutes of the start of the meal, if someone came a little later, they can no longer count on anything. AND THE MOST TRASH!!!!!! THERE ARE NO FORKS IN THE HOTEL!!! NO FORKS! The first ones who came took 10 forks that they have there and that's it! Everyone else is walking around wondering! I made comments to them that you can buy a hundred appliances in a nearby store. And it's a miracle in the second half of my vacation, they brought boxes with forks. That is, they themselves could not guess! It was funny to watch how the tourist guide of Anex tour, dining with them, carefully wiped a spoon with alcohol before starting to eat - this says a lot that the guide himself knows what kind of garbage it is. Another vacationer was standing in the lobby and shared with his companion that he somehow felt sick in his stomach. Huge cockroaches are running all over the hotel.
And this is a little bit of what I saw there, provided that I spent 99% of my time at sea, I only came to the hotel to spend the night. There are safes and other debris lying on the stairwells, God forbid a fire or emergency evacuation, everything will fall on these safes.
Elevators are scary to enter. And if you get stuck in them in the heat and suffocate.
About air conditioners: they are noisy and operate in the same maximum cold mode. You freeze at night, and turning it off means suffocating. CHECK THE FILTERS IN THE AIR CONDITIONERS- THERE IS SO MUCH DIRT THERE THAT YOU WILL KILL YOUR HEALTH, AND NOT REST.

If you have already bought a tour to this hotel. Refuse due to non-compliance with the star rating of the hotel. It's not even level 2 in our country.

When I asked what was funny, he immediately began to understand Russian poorly😂I refused this room, they gave me another one on the 2nd floor, it was better. The hotel is not a 4ka, but actually a 3ka with a minus. Of the advantages, only the food. There is no bar on the beach.
