The staff and service are excellent. The girl who performed the procedure for me was attentive, careful and prudent. But the device is just no good. Not a single hair, in the truest sense of the word, was damaged after the procedure. Not a single hair fell out. I've done the laser in different places and the device matters. Here it does not act on the hair at all.
