Having had the experience of cooperation in the post-warranty period, I came across such a boorish attitude towards a client that I hadn't encountered in 10 years. The actual absence of a spare parts warehouse in Minsk, utter incompetence in logistics issues and, consequently, absolutely incomprehensible deadlines for the delivery of paid spare parts are what many buyers of machine tools from this organization will have to face.
