A wonderful place! We are coming for the second time. The rooms are clean and cozy. Friendly staff. Great pool, delicious food, cook fast. The prices are normal. The only thing I didn't like was that people who don't live there come into the pool! Men come in for a clean beer at the bar. Tourists come in to take pictures. It really gets in the way when you're lying quietly sunbathing - and then a crowd of people start posing behind your back. I want to get up and leave(((

The only two disadvantages are :
Noise insulation

You can rest for a day or two. Ideal for holidays with children (pool availability) and/or family celebrations (good restaurant). Walk around the village or 4 km uphill in Eyll Exstrim Park. A beautiful place, of course, but the beauty is only in nature, there is no service.
1) swimming pools-there are no key lockers for storing your personal belongings;
2) There is no safe in the rooms;
3) the room keys are malfunctioning, beeping for 2 minutes all the time with each door opening, which is very annoying;
4) we read about the variety of breakfasts-I don't know where people saw this variety, the same thing for three days;
5) the verandas, where the cafe is completely, are not cleaned from the floor at all, these white sofas have never been wiped in the course, it is impossible to sit on them, they are all terribly dirty;
6) there is a playground, but also the trampoline is already all ruined with holes, the house is covered in dust / dirt;
7) we ordered kebab and shish kebab at dinner on the first day of our stay, we have never seen such horror in our lives, even in some of the cheapest kebab shops in Moscow you will not see this, the pieces are small, the shish kebab is all dry, asking the waiter what is it? You're trampling on your name, he said, well, the pig was just a little one🤣🤣🤣 Have you even heard that somewhere? 🤣
8) Armenian folk clothes Taraz, which are given for free, there is no choice, there is nothing for the youngest, all the clothes are smelly and in terrible condition;
9) the minibar is paid, this is normal, but at least you look at the expiration date, the chocolates are already exactly 100 years old, I did not notice how the child took and opened the bounty, it was clear that this bounty was not in the refrigerator 100 times, melted and then put in the refrigerator again, all in terrible condition, thrown out In the trash;
10) waiters-2 adult waiters worked even more or less normally, all the rest are youngsters, there is no knowledge of foreign languages, and the knowledge to serve too. They work slowly, you repeat your order 100 times and wait for three hours, but they do not forget to bring 10% tips with each order, tips like in the best restaurants.
11) the sun beds by the pool are also terribly dirty, they do not wipe them at all;
12) Room cleaning is excellent. Smart guys, they ask all the time what is needed, is everything okay;
13) check in-at 14:00, as everywhere else. it so happened that our flight to Armenia was at night and, accordingly, we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 in the morning, asked that we try to give a room a little earlier, since a small child who needs to be bathed and fed, of course, was not given and did not even try very hard. The room was provided at exactly 13:59!
The result is that one day in this place will go, but no more. Boring, dirty, tasteless, beautiful nature-something that did not depend on the hotel.

Just a fabulous place! Fantastic nature. Time feels very different. Friendly locals, attentive staff. The comfort is at the highest level. You can write about the bed separately!!! We rested as if on a cloud. The breakfast was very varied. A must-visit.

The most beautiful views of the mountains, the river runs below, in the morning with a cup of coffee you can listen to the sound of the river and birds.Reviews about the beautiful view are not exaggerated.
The room is very nice, there is a huge bed, there is a sofa and a table, you can also have a quiet dinner in the room.
There is everything you need from disposable shampoos and gels to a mini kit with cotton swabs and a nail file. The room has a panoramic window, beautiful view in the morning.
There is a restaurant, a good selection of dishes and delicious wine. Good breakfasts.
Special thanks to the staff for the birthday greetings, it was very pleasant.
An outdoor swimming pool, baths, hammam and Jacuzzi are another feature of the hotel.
Of course, I would like to have more territory to walk near the hotel, but this is just a wish, not critical.
A wonderful and positive girl at the reception, unfortunately, I did not remember the name, but I thank her very much for the congratulations and the invitation to the holiday.

This is an incredibly beautiful and atmospheric place. Gorgeous views, a swimming pool, a hammam, a Jacuzzi ... a bathtub on the balcony - you are either speechless with delight, or on the contrary you want to scream.
The dinner was great.
The breakfast is varied. There was even red caviar.
Everyone is very friendly.
I recommend it!!!!

Заезжали на 5 дней.
Плюсы: роскошный вид на горы, видовой бассейн, рядом аутентичная деревушка с живностью, поблизость древняя церквушка на склоне, вкусная еда - мясо вероятнее всего из соседних деревень.
Минусы: В ресторане мешающие кошки и мухи, с которыми ничего не делают; Официанты работают плохо - плохо убирают столы после посетителей, где-то пропадают, приходилось искать; номер сами не убирают, приходилось просить; интернета нет (но местный мобильный ловит хорошо); баня - опасная для здоровья душегубка, печь находится внутри парилки, из-за этого кислород тянет прямо из парилки. При этом вентиляции нет (есть вент. отверстия, но внутри них утеплитель), в помещении практически нет кислорода.
Вы платите деньги только за вид, и возможность провести время вдали от цивилизации. Подышать свежим горным воздухом, посмотреть на деревенскую жизнь. Никакого сервиса и удобств ждать не стоит.

The hotel has a magnificent view of the gorge, is located on the edge of a cliff, the view from both the room and the pool is simply breathtaking.
There are questions about maintaining cleanliness, especially bathroom and shower, faucets require thorough cleaning from plaque, but these remarks are one of the few. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful due to its unique location and mountain views.

Room - we took a semi-suite with an open bathroom - a clean room, clean towels and bathrobes, all necessary accessories are present. The view from the room is simply gorgeous! 5 out of 5

I definitely recommend this place to relax. Even for a couple of days, it's worth it

The trick of this place is water pleasures and views. A warm pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi, a bathtub for two on the balcony overlooking the magnificent gorge. In the evening, dinner at tables with a fire in the center on the street. Everything for a sincere, beautiful rest. On the lower platform of the restaurant, you can light a large fire in a cauldron-bowl. The kitchen is a separate praise. Everything is very tasty. The staff is friendly, polite. The rooms are comfortable, beautiful, clean. We have been there several times and have always been satisfied. Great place.

Прекрасное место! Всё красиво,чистые номера,все принадлежности есть. В ресторане заказали еду,всё было вкусно,хорошее обслуживание,но забыли принести весь заказ,не принесли перепелку. Единственное что не понравилось,ощущение что у армян нет правил этикета,до поздней ночи над нами или в соседних номерах особо не поняла,бегали дети,и было ощущение что как будто постоянно передвигают мебель,а также это продолжилось рано утром,а также не понравилось что слив воды идёт из номера прям из трубы не по регламенту и очень шумит,из номера слышно как громко сливается вода на улицу. Ещё выключается постоянно горячая вода,с утра долго сливали думали она нагреется,а фиг там,текла всё время холодная. А так спасибо за прекрасный вид и хорошие ухоженные номера!!!

I really liked the hotel. It's been a long time since my wife and I had such a rest. Good staff, clean and cozy room. There is even underfloor heating in some places. The view from the window is very beautiful. The swimming pool and baths pleased me. Breakfast in the morning is very rich. The buffet. We will come again.

Приятная гостиница с великолепным видом. В дни нашего приезда были проблемы с бассейном и в этом случае не очень понятно, что в гостинице делать. Надо выбираться во внешний мир :) наверху, в 10 мин на машине есть экстримпарк с лошадьми, зиплайнами, небольшим веревосным городом - идеально для отдыха с детьми. Оттуда же можно устроить себе хайкинг к пещерам у изножья горы. Приятная физическая активность. По сухой погоде не сложная, но лучше иметь специализированную обувь - местами встречаются коварные мокрые камни.

One of the most beloved places in Armenia. Enukovan is beautiful if you look at it from the external Lastiver pool :))) the breakfasts are hearty. Of course, we don't go here for more than a weekend :) since the activity is limited here:)

Решили побывать здесь по рекоммендации,скажу сразу,что хорошие номера с видом на горы надо бронировать заранее.
В стоимость проживания входит вполне приличный завтрак,посещение спорт зала и открытого бассейна с видом на горы,это просто потрясающе!
Есть небольшие нюансы,например наш номер был на втором этаже и лесница достточно «крутая», с ребенком маленьким каждый раз спускаться и подниматься было немного страшно,но хорошо,что все хорошо!
Еще я была удивлена такой близости к частному сектору из старых домов чуть ли не окна в окна и оч хорошо доносились запахи коров и тд,но я сочла бы это за антураж,но конечно на любителя)
В целом,отдыхом мы довольны,остались положительные впечатления и скорее всего еще будем приезжать!

Место просто шикарнейшее! Необычайной красоты природа вокруг, будто в раю!
Но очень-очень расстроило обслуживание. Не ставлю три звезды, дабы сильно не портить рейтинг.
Забыли паспорт на ресепшене - за неделю нам никто даже не удосужился позвонить и сказать об этом, хотя все данные для связи были. Очень долгое обслуживание в ресторане.
Для посещения - обязательно) но будьте готовы к тому, что сервис не на высоте

Отличный отель с потрясающим видом.
Завтраки очень вкусные, по меню также готовили отлично.
Номера чистые, персонал вежливый.
Единственное, небольшой выбор вин и музыка в бассейне лишняя.

Сервис работает на 3, в ресторане не покушали ни одного вкусного салата,завтраки все время одно и то же , не соответствует цена и качество, больше сюда не вернемся.
