We had a rest in the Swallow with the whole family and were absolutely delighted! From the very threshold, we were greeted with a sincere smile and cordiality, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The room turned out to be clean, bright and very cozy, with a comfortable bed and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were simply great – varied, delicious and satisfying, energizing for the whole day. Special thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and willingness to help in any matter. Lastochka is a place where you want to come back again and again! We recommend it to anyone who appreciates high-quality service and home comfort.

Great hotel!!! Unexpectedly for a village in Abkhazia called Ldzaa or as it is also called Lidzava. We rested with my husband for almost 10 days, time flew by unnoticed, although we thought that we would live in the wilderness and boring. There are a lot of canteens and cafes in the village where delicious food is served. Everything is harmoniously arranged in the hotel: the rooms are comfortable, the transfer to the sea and back is the highlight of the hotel! Special thanks to the driver Nazar, who always drove and brought to the sea and back without complaints. The veranda in the hotel is amazing, especially the view of the sea from it was mesmerizing, where we spent evenings with delicious dinner and beautiful music. There is a lot of vegetation around and cicadas are singing. The sea is amazingly clean and warm. I recommend this hotel for those who like to relax with taste and without fuss.

My husband and I went to Abkhazia for the first time, from Belarus by car. From September 2 to September 12, we rested in Ldzaa. Back in June, we booked a room in Swallow for August. But because of the work, it had to be postponed to September. It was moved to us, but they gave us a different room, a little more expensive. So, we arrived, the receptionists met us. Very polite, it was nice. They showed me a room that was completely ready to move in. The air conditioner was turned on, it was cool! The room is great. Big one!!! The renovation is fresh, the furniture is new. A comfortable bed, there is a sofa. Wardrobe, bedside tables, refrigerator, chest of drawers, chairs, TV... Everything is good. There are roller blinds and blackout on the window. The Windows are panoramic, the view from the mountain to the sea. It's magical! The bathroom has underfloor heating. We turned it off, and it's so hot. However, the heated towel rail did not work and there is not enough basin to wash the change... You can order a wash, 300 rubles, the ironed will be returned. But it's more for big things. Breakfast is included in the price. It is served at 8.30. Very good breakfast! There is porridge, eggs or omelette, sliced, baked goods, vegetables, sausages and so on. Tea, coffee, milk. Everyone had enough of everything. There is also a restaurant, you can order a la carte throughout the day. 3 times we took a frying pan, flatbread, camembert and other dishes. Delicious. An electric car goes to the beach. But we didn't ride it, we walked on our own. Everything is fine there, from the hill. Going back is more difficult. Get ready, there is a steep climb to the hotel. But never mind, it's charging. We knew this would happen, it's not a minus for the hotel. The territory is good. There are tables and benches. You can eat your own food right in the restaurant on the terrace or outside at a table. We had dinner a couple of times, it was great. View of Pitsunda, Ldzaa, lights. Beauty! The territory is closed, a fence, gates. The cars are also guest cars, very convenient. Sometimes cows and shaggy goats came. Very nice! As for cleaning, it is here on request and unobtrusive, I would say. It could have been a little better. For example, wipe the floors every 2 days, since the sand is still worn. Overall, Swallow is a great place. In September, all rooms are occupied, which indicates popularity. I would come back here again!!!!
