Very bad service. There was no towels or available chairs. The manager was very rude. They don’t provide food or drink next to the pool , you have to go to the cafeteria area to eat. When we ask for a towel the manager said we don’t have it also you have to pay for the towel and it doesn’t matter they have it at moment or no. My husband said seriously you don’t have a towel ? He’s like yeah of course it happens and you have to wait 2-3 hours until it’s available. We didn’t touch anything, we didn’t get into the pool and we asked for our money back (20.000 dram to enter) he said we can’t give you money back. So I absolutely hate this place. 0 customer service and I don’t recommend this low class place. Dvin is the best for me. I don’t care about money I care about customer service which doesn’t exist at this stupid place. We left this place without our money back and now going to the Dvin. Bye ✌🏻

I've been thinking about writing a review for a long time, or keeping it to myself. Nevertheless, I decided to write, so that the expectations do not differ from reality, for the hotel guests. First of all, yes, the pool is real, large, sun beds and towels are available, good drinks are not very expensive at the bar. The view from the pool to Yerevan and Ararat. But... the pool is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and you will be kindly asked to leave earlier by the staff if there is an event at the hotel, or just to leave on time yourself and not waste time cleaning after 8 p.m. Although with the local daily wind, few people want to sit for up to 20 hours. But nevertheless, the pool has 5 stars. Now about the hotel. If you, like me, are tempted to sit on the balcony in the evenings, look at Yerevan and Ararat, drinking pleasant drinks, forget it. The balconies are all French, that is, not balconies in general, you probably need to pay extra for a view of the city, because despite the promise of a "room with a good view", the view may be on the other side, and the view there is so-so. The furniture in the rooms is not bad, not new, but in very good condition. What upset me was the mold in the bathroom. In a 5* hotel... Comments are unnecessary here. Cleaning was done every day, and a full set of towels and hygiene products were changed every day. There is a grocery store nearby, and more food can be found at a local restaurant. By the way, there are no questions about the restaurant at all, and the prices are pleasant and the food is delicious. It's probably just a pity that wine is sold only in whole bottles, sometimes it's too much. A taxi to the center went from 200 to 400 rubles, no more. But it wasn't too far to the bus stop, especially since buses were sometimes nicer and cooler than taxis.

We had a rest in November. Excellent staff, delicious varied breakfast. It's beautiful, the view from the window is amazing. We were given a room of a higher class, as there were few people in the hotel, which is very pleasant. The hotel is clean, quiet and cozy. In summer, the pool is a big plus, we only go boating on it, which is also nice. There is billiards, a good table and the cues are also very decent. There are board games. Backgammon checkers chess. Cozy living room. There is a good sauna, our hammam didn't work, but I don't like it either. In general, I have positive impressions, thanks to the hotel.

We went to the pool here, I can't say anything about the hotel itself. Overall, it's a good place, but there are a few drawbacks that make me lower my rating. Let's start with the advantages of a beautiful and well-maintained place. Large swimming pool, good depth with a slope. The view of the city is simply gorgeous. There are a lot of sun beds (but we were advised to arrive no later than 11 on hot days, there may not be enough space. We were there on a weekday at 3 p.m. all the sun beds were occupied). The waterfall turns on every half hour, quite effectively. Towels are provided. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets. Everything is clean and decent. Of the cons: 1. Cold water in the pool. The thermometer showed 20, but apparently on the surface of the water. It feels like 17-18 degrees. The first five minutes are refreshing from the heat, then it's cold. 2. The food in the bar is not very tasty. We took a pizza, it seemed like it was just frozen and cooked in the oven. But the drinks at the bar are delicious. The price is fine. In general, the place is average, if you like cool water, then feel free to come.

It's an amazing place, with a really gorgeous pool. The rooms are huge and clean. The service staff is absolutely perfect and customer-oriented. I had a lot of money for a taxi to go to the city, so they gave me the right amount, saying "when you change it, you will return it." Cool parties with DJs take place around the pool. When we entered the territory, we were pleasantly surprised by the large swimming pool, beautiful views and silence. But the pleasant emotions disappeared after 15 minutes. The cafe staff turned on the music so loudly that my friend and I, sitting on the adjacent deck chairs, had to shout to hear each other. I went up to the manager and asked him to turn down the music. Done) But after 5 minutes, for some reason, the sound was increased several times, and it became even louder than it was. I plugged in my headphones, but unfortunately it didn't help. I asked the employee to turn down the volume again, but the story repeated itself. I'm not against music by the pool, but it seems to me that it should not be loud and neutral) 2. About the cafe. We decided to order a watermelon. Its cost on the website is 800 dr, but when ordering, the employee announced 1,500 dr) + it turned out that it cannot be taken out of the cafe, but alcohol and snacks can be served with it) 3. The water in the pool is, without exaggeration, icy, there is no heater. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it, we left earlier. The entrance fee is 8000 dr, and it's not worth it.

A great pool is very large, even when a lot of people can swim freely. A small part of the pool is shallow - you can hang out with the children there. The rest of the pool is quite deep and full of space. The water is clean - we've been there many times at different times, always great. There are not very many sun beds - it is better to come in the morning, especially if there are more than 2 people, so as not to look for a place. Towels are given out for 1,000 drams - once there were no free ones, so it's better to adjust and take your own. The bar is pretty good - it's great for a pool bar. There is a hookah, the coffee is delicious, the pizza is quite good. The staff is polite, everyone tells you what you need. Thank you very much to the owners and staff of the pool - it is very pleasant to spend time with you, we are always satisfied!

I want to leave a review for the pool, not the hotel. The view is gorgeous, right on Ararat. It's like an observation deck. The pool is large, it works from 11:00, we were in the open and there were almost no people until 13:00! But then they start to pull up and there are very few sunbeds left. Towels and umbrellas are included Log in to the output: 10,000 dr for an adult, a child up to 7 years old for free (but for a second child up to 7 years old 5000 like) The water is still cool at about 23 degrees. I put 5 points for the pool itself, excellent! BUT there is a bar / cafe at the pool and here, as usual, a complete failure. The Armenian service is terrible. Of course, you can't go there with your own, even they asked you to hide the water for the child))) a grandmother sits on a stool and takes orders. The bar menu has a bunch of everything, 10 smoothies, 10 milkshakes, watermelon. But in the end there are 5 dishes and that's it. The watermelon ran out - they told us, but they wrote it in the receipt for us, and if I hadn't checked, no one would have refunded the money!

So, since I didn't find all the clarity in the reviews, I decided to write my own. Adult leisure pool (not staying at the hotel) it costs 8000. You can immediately walk past the hotel to the pool through the main entrance. There are a million towels, someone wrote that there are few of them, but this is not the case. There are no people at all on 1/4 of the sun beds when they open (at 11:00). Very cool bar, fast and the cost is not separate. The crown is 1,500 drams, which is like in any cafe, or even cheaper. We haven't tried the food, there's nothing to say. The water, there's a good contrast, it's 37 outside, the water is 25 degrees, it feels like 20-22. Everyone smokes everywhere, there are no problems with it, there are a lot of children, a lifeguard is watching. Overall, the place is great, I regretted that we came here only on the last day of rest. I sincerely advise you!

There are no prices for water and drinks in the bar, they will sell you water for the price they deem necessary, especially if you speak RUSSIAN. Surprisingly, they punched a fanta for 350 drams today, and the next bottle cost 400 drams. It's a shame to make money on tourists! I will never go there again, although it has been my favorite pool for all the past years. We bought a can of pringles chips, to which the woman at the checkout tells me there are 2 servings here, I look at the closed jar and do not understand why she is talking!? I say it's closed, what's the portion? To which she says, if you want one portion, I'll open a jar and pour half of it out for you! The horror!

The kitchen is wonderful, special thanks to the cook. A separate dish awaits you every day, and during the week there is a chance to get acquainted with the most famous dishes of Armenian cuisine. There is a huge apricot garden on the territory of the hotel, where you are allowed to enjoy fruits from a branch. Well, the hotel itself is a big palace. You can hold a conference and a wedding in Latara. Many thanks to his hosts for a wonderful vacation. I will come myself and invite people who are dear to me.
