After visiting the Latitude & Longitude Bar Lounge restaurant in Baku, I was delighted with the atmosphere and the quality of the dishes presented. From the very beginning, I was struck by the cozy and stylish design of the establishment, which created a special atmosphere of privacy and relaxation.
After ordering pasta with shrimp and fish, I was pleasantly surprised by their great taste and original serving. The pasta was cooked perfectly - fragrant, juicy and full of flavor. The shrimps added to the dish were fresh and tender, perfectly combined with the sauce. The fish also turned out to be excellent - tender, juicy, with a delicate flavor of seasonings.
The service in the restaurant deserves a special mention. The staff was attentive, friendly and professional, which only improved my overall experience of visiting the establishment. The waiter took me to the reception desk, where I was offered to get acquainted with the rooms of the hotel where this restaurant is located.
This gesture of greeting and caring for the guests created a special atmosphere of hospitality and comfort. I felt like a really valuable customer, which added even more positive emotions to my lunch.
Undoubtedly, the Latitude & Longitude Bar Lounge is a great place for those who appreciate fine cuisine, a cozy atmosphere and a high level of service. I will be happy to come back here again to try other dishes from the menu and enjoy a pleasant time.

The best restaurant experience for this trip to Baku (from 02/01/2024)
Pleasant atmosphere, suitable interior, everything is beautiful, comme il faut.
To begin with, we went here to drink cocktails, because it is because of them that he is popular. But we were pleasantly shocked not only by them, but also by the food.
We ordered: nicoise, baked pepper roll, paté and baked eggplant from food. I won't go into detail about the cocktails, all five that we ordered were delicious. Separately, we can note the Bloody Mary, Berry Rita and Daiquiri.
1. Baked pepper roll with soft cheese inside, artichokes and hummus and mayonnaise sauce. Everything is individually delicious, but if you try it at the same time, the artichoke clogs everything else.
2. Baked eggplant with pickled cherries, arugula, pomegranate and paprika sauce, the consistency is more like mashed potatoes. It's very tasty, but the eggplant itself is flat, bake it with herbs and/ or garlic, and it would be a completely different matter.
3. Paté (like chicken, I don't remember exactly) with cherry jam and oranges on toast. The top of the evening, a great combination of pate with sour orange and sweet cherry. There is nothing to add, excellent!
4. Nicoise with shrimp is a failed dish, purely subjectively. It was dry and flat, olive oil was poured from a bread plate, it got a little better, but still a little bland. Bland shrimp, bland potatoes, bland salad mix, bland tomatoes, the only ingredient with a palpable taste is olives, but they failed to save the whole dish.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful, with an equally beautiful bar right in the middle of the atrium. In the morning you can have breakfast in this beauty, and in the evening enjoy delicious cocktails with a beautiful serving.
