We flew from Almaty on a business trip with my wife, spent a wonderful 2 days walking through historical streets, museums, parks. Today, on 17.07.25 at lunchtime, after finishing a working meeting, and going to the local market for melons, we decided to go to this "institution" for lunch. Generally! Do not disgrace the city of Uralsk with your level of service, in this institution the staff segregates visitors by appearance (I was wearing shorts from the BALENCIAGA x NASA collage, a light AMIRI T-shirt), my wife and I came in - the "receptionist" met us in a light striped shirt, looked at us, we asked if there was a flight attendant, the receptionist said that we needed to get out outside and around the shopping center building (as it turned out, it was possible to get to the flight deck through the lounge area of the establishment), ok, we went around, the receptionist came to us in the flight deck area - and started flaunting the deposit amounts, thinking that their wretched gazebo would scare us for a 30k deposit and we would leave, it was on the street it was hot and we decided to go back inside, asking her to take us around the establishment, there was no desire to go around the second time, the path passed through the "lounge area", in which they refused to serve us, citing, I quote: "you can't wear shorts in our lounge", (although we launched two companies of people dressed in simple shorts and T-shirts). We decided to give this place a chance, counting on good cuisine. We sat down in the common room (there was nowhere else, THEY WOULDN'T LET US IN), they served us a menu, the menu was inappropriate and with different contents (one of the copies was missing a page with cocktails), we invited the waiter, announced the order and my wife asked for cocktails, to which the waiter replied that cocktails could be ordered Only in the lounge area, and she informed us that we could have a beer, okay, and we put up with it, deciding to wait for the dishes we ordered. We were served shrimp risotto, a mediocre kind, and my wife was served eggplant salad from salads, which completely disappointed her, by the way, the interior is also very primitive. I do not recommend it!👎🏻
