And I stressed several times at the meeting that I did not want to exceed the budget + the florist marked it at home. As a result, when the groom came to pick up my bride's bouquet a few hours before the painting, they announced the amount of 230 rubles, arguing that the flowers were added to the bouquet "more expensive". Although I personally contacted you the night before and they didn't tell me a word about it. There is one conclusion, everything is based on the fact that on the wedding day there is simply no choice and the unhappy newlyweds are already being taken for any money. (by the way, my husband was not at a loss, and wanted to give up the bouquet, saying that he would buy 10 times cheaper around the corner at the flower shop, after that the bouquet magically fell to 170p, for that much he took it). A very unpleasant and insulting situation, tk. At the meeting, we really liked the first impression of the salon and the florist herself, she directly came into our confidence, but then such a "setup". As unpleasant as possible! I put 2 stars, just because the bouquet still looked beautiful. If you decide to order, then feel free to add 50-70 rubles to the agreed amount of the bouquet, just in case, since my situation is with one agreed price, and as a result of another, it is far from the first… Just after reading someone else's review, I myself thought that this was an isolated case of "anything happens", but no, apparently counting on a hopeless situation)))

I highly recommend that no one ever contact this office! We met with florists 3 times in person, discussed the budget, specific flowers for the wedding, and style. As a result, none of our agreements were fulfilled. We were extremely dissatisfied. There were no expected peonies, there were only roses whose thorns had not been cut, the florists were 2 hours late for decorating the hall and finished work at the first guests. The budget was exceeded 1.8 times without any warning. The decoration of the hall was of poor quality and insufficient - the bride and groom organized the agreed photo zone independently, the decorators did not even bother about it. Moreover, the decorators forgot about the garlands we rented. Disgusting service. It is important to note that this sole proprietor refused the contract for decorating the wedding on principle.
