11.12 I came across an incredible employee. Who not only cooked delicious raf, but also communicated so politely and pleasantly. That it is impossible to leave in a bad mood. Plus, while I was sitting, I noticed how the girl copes with the workload perfectly. Immediately warns that he will finish the order and will come to accept the next one (this is the most correct approach) And a separate plus for me, not only cinnamon is available, but also chocolate (not all coffee shops have it) The service is excellent and everything is delicious! 😍

I always bought delicious coffee, everything was fine. Today, on 07/18/2025, we arrived at the point, we wanted to place an order, and the barista stood silently and prepared for closing. Everything would be fine, but the schedule says that they work until 21:00, and we arrived at 20:20. And they would have stood there for a long time if I hadn't decided to ask if they were working. When they start working normally, I will correct the assessment.

Today, 18.08, I tried to get an espresso tonic at Lavazza. The cost of the drink is not small, even higher than the average in the city, namely 7.9 rubles. The barista accepted the payment at the terminal and ran away somewhere, as it turned out later in euroopt for a tonic. I've been standing for about 10 minutes, the drink is paid for, I have to wait. The barista leaves the euroopt self–service checkout with 5 bottles of the cheapest tonic - your tonic, that is, for 7.9p per drink, you don't even have schweppes in the drink. The barista offered to go again so she could buy schweppes, but I decided to just make a refund. As I mentioned earlier, I paid at the terminal, but for some reason the barista tried to return the money to me in cash without a refund receipt, that is, without making a refund through the cashier, claiming that she simply does not know how to return money through the terminal, and also offered to transfer money to my card or talk to some Svetlana on the phone. As a result, I myself had to figure out how to make a refund (the first instruction on the Internet) and explain to the barista. The impressions are terrible.
