Cozy courtyard area, lots of flowers in the yard, summer kitchen, dishes, kitchen utensils, comfort, coziness! 1 minute walk to the sea. The beach is wide, spacious, small pebbles, the shore is pleasant!! Nearby there are shops, cafes, a Turkish pharmacy, resort goods, etc. I recommend it!!

We rested at the Lavr guest house for 8 days. Everything is perfectly clean, cozy, comfortable. The girls are friendly and cute. The sea is 3 minutes away. You can cook whatever you want in the kitchen. The rooms on the third floor were new and modern. I recommend it!

We rested in the guest house from 07/19/24 to 07/31/24 The guest house is in a great location, there is everything you need nearby: shops, a pharmacy, many cafes and canteens for any request. The sea is nearby (2 minutes), the beach is wide with a good comfortable approach. There is a place to walk in the evening and have an interesting time. There are 5 people in our family, we rented two rooms - double and triple. We really liked the guest house. The rooms are clean, everything is very comfortably done, all the little things are taken into account. It is clear that a lot of work has been done. Responsible approach in everything. All appliances are working (air conditioning/TV). The rooms are clean and freshly renovated. Very comfortable bathrooms. Clean, pleasant, very good quality linen. There is a well-functioning Internet connection. The territory is green and well maintained. The shared kitchen has everything you might need. There are places to relax (eat, sit, relax). Umbrellas and towels can be rented at the guest house for a hike to the sea. Special thanks to the hosts. Professional attitude to your business. Individual approach to each question and guest. People love what they do, they do everything to make guests feel at home. We were charmed by the place and the people, it was incredible luck to find and choose this place for our vacation.
