Cons: there is no kettle, microwave, refrigerator (available at the reception), only 5-6 channels on TV, no cutlery, hair dryer, shoe spoons. It was stuffy in the room without air conditioning. And it's a little noisy from the railway with the window open. Since about 9 a.m., some chairs began to be moved around the neighborhood, unnecessary noise
Overall, we had a good rest. But next time I'll choose something more comfortable.

The hotel is located near the center, there is Parking. The rooms themselves are located on the 7th floor of the medical center. The rooms are quite nice, clean; spacious enough, put gel / shampoo in bags, there is water in the cooler in the corridor; there are no air conditioners and a hair dryer in the rooms. And one more thing, it is located next to the railway tracks. We walked in the Deep Freeze, so we slept without hind legs)))

I can't say anything about the hotel itself, because I didn't have a chance to visit this wonderful institution. We made a reservation through the website back on June 13 and all confirmations came to the mail, but on July 6, almost a month later, we received a message on Viber saying that an error had occurred and we would not be able to check you in, at that time there were problems in the family and to figure out that there was no time, we canceled the trip. But lo and behold, on July 16, a letter from the hotel arrives in the mail: "You have a reservation, we are waiting for you, preparing, etc." So the question is what are you preparing for? Why about cancellation of the reservation, program failure, etc. You inform the client via Viber, not by calling, with no apologies, nothing, and if I have already bought tickets, made plans, apparently the managers just don't care. And most importantly, after I wrote to them on Viber about the letter with a reminder of the reservation, it was suddenly canceled, a miracle of the 21st century in action. Customer orientation is at the highest level. I wish good luck to those who are going to stay at this hotel.
