It's a nightmare. I wanted to get an engraving on the glass, so I called here and when I asked, "How long will it take to engrave?" They answered, "How do I know when you're going to bring it?!"?? I needed a production deadline. Well, okay, I swallowed it and went to them. When the conversation turned to engraving and lettering, I was told that they would offer 2 options. When I asked if they had other types of fonts, the classic answer was: "We have 1000 of them, should I send everything to you?" As a result, they offered 2 font options, I said that it did not fit, to which I received the answer: "We will throw off 1 more" I am amazed at the total lack of customer orientation and general understanding of any sales technique. They immediately force you into the frame and do not allow you to choose, the manager (an adult lady) communicates rudely in person and on the phone. Definitely not recommended
