My cons: the zones are very mixed (men's and women's: all on the same floor "behind a screen".)The hair drying areas are generally located on another floor. There's a queue for the showers. There is no separate font or buckets of cold water. There is no area where you can sit and drink tea (tables, chairs, benches, etc.). In the steam room itself, a lot of people have conversations throughout the room, and in my understanding/ the bath code, there should be silence. The score is 3.5.
