One of the few advantages is close to the center. The rest of the cons: there is no spacious Parking, there is a problem to park on a car, the pool itself is tired, repairs would not hurt, the water in the pool is cloudy, deliberately more transparent, and with all this, it's just swimming, that swimming + sauna is expensive, there are pools in Minsk better and cheaper considering all of the above
