Everything is fine with the numbers (for such a price and location), but the owners who try to throw at every step are disgusting.
1. I accidentally made two reservations in the application, asked to cancel one, the hotel owner shouted that he was losing money and that I should pay a fine for not settling him. When he refused to pay the fine, he said that he would not give up his passport.
With shouting and swearing, they still solved the issue (at the mention of the police, they immediately canceled the reservation).
We did not go to another hotel, because we were very exhausted from the road.
2. When paying for the room, we were told a different price than indicated on the island, arguing that they have to pay city tax. However, on the website it was indicated -27 lira, but the owner of the hotel has it 600)))
3. In the end, we were given non-occupancy for all armor)
I do not recommend this hotel because of the petty fraud of its owners. Such people cast a shadow on the famous oriental hospitality.

A cozy hotel, within walking distance of many attractions, including Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. There are many cafes/bars/shops nearby. The reception is open around the clock, the hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly, they will explain everything and tell you. The room has everything you need: WiFi, towels, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, and an iron can be requested at the reception. The room was cleaned every day, even the charging from the phone / laptop was neatly folded in one place, I have never seen this in any hotels. Many people write about the noise here, but despite the large number of establishments nearby, the room was quiet. Special thanks from the bottom of my heart to Yashar and his colleagues (unfortunately, I didn't remember all the names), you are very kind and understanding people who helped with some difficulties in an unfamiliar city.

Absolutely killed inside the hotel, outwardly everything is fine, in fact, it's a disaster. The photos do not correspond to reality.
It's noisy, stuffy, and disgusting.
The breakfasts are as limited as possible, there is nothing. There is nothing in the room except towels.

We were in November 2020 for 5 days.
+close to the center, Istiklal street is nearby
+cozy, small. If you pay extra, you will have a beautiful view not into the wall
+adequate price/quality
+pleasant owners, responded to requests like a blanket or chair house
+breakfast was served in bed for a fee
The first 2 days were freezing because the heating was not working. Then they fixed our air conditioner. The furniture in the hotel is worn somewhere, somewhere old. On the last day they got something mixed up, we had to move and we lived with a view of the wall)) Breakfast is average, eat right in the lobby or you can order it in the room.

I booked this Lazz city hotel in December 2021, the reservation was confirmed on booking. Upon arrival in Istanbul, my reserved room was not available -other people were settled in it, to whom the valiant hotel successfully sold it!And the whole family with 2 small children found themselves on the street at night!Bestial attitude!Terrible hotel, no obligations and responsibilities! The lobby is dirty, smoky, there are stains and stink on the chairs!I do not recommend it!
