The hotel is quiet and beautiful. Especially in the SPA. The room was untidy with swollen wallpaper for 10,000 rubles per day. Breakfast is not rich. The terrace was always closed, the view of the golden horn could not be enjoyed. The promised transfer to Taksim is not functioning.

Nice hotel, everything is clean, cozy and beautiful, nice big room that has everything. Noooo, the SPA was very frustrating, the water in the pool is icy, after the first swim my daughter had a sore throat. There is a hammam and a Finnish sauna and a small Jacuzzi (the water is warm in it), but the people who came to swim in the pool occupied the Jacuzzi and hello! The hotel is located far from the center. Breakfasts are acceptable, but for a 5 * hotel, of course, they are meager, there is no porridge or red fish. Just omelets, rolls, and vegetables. In principle, I can recommend a hotel, but if you wish, you can find a much better one!

Disgusting attitude towards the tenants!!! The floor above was screaming and stomping all night, there was a wedding there and the manager told us, "well, be patient with their holiday," and I came to relax further from the center, it would be quieter!the room is nice and clean, no complaints about it, but the fact that I sat all night and listened to music and vibration on my floor is Disgusting!!!!
