There are constantly no consultants in any department. There is always a queue at the checkout. There are 3 cash registers - only 2 or even 1 cash register work.

The store seemed to me to be losing out among similar ones in Almaty. In some similar branded stores, the product is more representative and not so messy. Given the current location of the store, it is strange to feel the lack of something right on the Arbat. In the store, I constantly experienced some kind of intuition of something "wrong", but I'm not afraid to score a point for the brand, and of course 5/5!
