servia is terrible, there is not a single number for communication, I issued a refund 6 days ago, the money for the refund has not been received, there is no number for communication, HORROR!!! THE ONLY WAY OUT OF THIS SITUATION IS TO GO TO THE SHOPPING CENTER AND SORT IT OUT ON THE SPOT!!!

Unfortunately, only one.
Sanitation: no matter which cubicle you go into, there is dirt and dust everywhere;
Service: they don't know which employee you won't approach with a question about the product;
Payment: There are 4 cash desks for the entire store, two of which work at best, and one only for cash payment. Cards are accepted by Uzcard and HUMO, however, the latter almost never passes, because "oh, it seems there is no connection";
Price category: medium;
And so time after time, for the past year, there have been no positive changes.
