We contacted the nearest TV repair specialist, and despite the fact that he does not deal with laptops, he did not leave us without help — he immediately offered to contact a colleague who specializes in laptops. Repairs were carried out promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. It was especially pleasant to receive detailed advice on the further use and prevention of the device — there is a professional approach and a desire to help, and not just "do and forget." The masters turned out to be very responsive, attentive and sociable. They explained everything in an accessible way, took into account our wishes, and generally left an exceptionally positive impression. It's rare to find such a level of service and human attitude!
