The former Swiss village resort&spa hotel. We had a vacation in August 2025, before that we usually chose this hotel in December and February, the last time we were in Vietnam before the pandemic lockdown, in February 2020. We chose August after reading a review that the sea is calmer than in winter. Didn't notice much difference) Some of the rooms in the hotel were completed (there were more villas and deluxe suites), the old villas were made into family rooms, combining two floors into one, the reception was renovated, and the pagoda-shaped stone microbar in the children's pool was demolished (it was, in fact, the Swiss village photo booth, look at the old photos of the hotel). There are very few Europeans, including Russians. The hotel apparently relied on a family vacation for non-poor Vietnamese on weekends. The service and the kitchen definitely benefited from this. Room cleaning with the replacement of all linen and bathrobes was carried out in our villa daily (although there were daily stimulants for a couple of dollars and a couple of chocolates). The room has bathrobes, slippers, beach towels and three types of bath towels, tea and coffee bags and 2 bottles of 0.5 liters of water daily, 2 combs, 2 sets of toothpaste + brush, 2 sets of ear sticks, soap (all in individual packages, replenished daily), shampoo and gel for the shower in common ceramic appliances (added by staff as needed). There was a safe in the room, not used. A TV with a music channel without ads served as a backdrop, but there were no Russian-language channels. Breakfast (from 7 to 9.30) is beyond praise: every day pho soup with different fillers, fried and boiled eggs, fish in batter, a couple of types of porridge, pork or beef stew, chicken, ham of three types, a couple of types of cheeses, butter, 3-4 types of fruits, several types of pastries, including This includes cakes, portioned (in small glass jars) fresh yoghurts and cottage cheese desserts, 3-4 types of juices, tea, coffee. A decent beach bar is open from 10 to the evening, the prices are reasonable. There were always free sun beds on the beach and at two pools (adult and children's). The Vietnamese rested strangely (for us, probably): In the morning, there is a crowd at breakfast, a few adults and children swim in the pool after breakfast, then they disappear until about 4.30 pm, after which there is a mass exit and splashing in the sea for about an hour. About the beach. About 7-8 years ago, its erosion began a few kilometers from the hotel. On our current visit, we found erosion in all its "glory" -the beach collapsed by 2-3 meters, it was reinforced with huge sandbags. It's ugly, it's impossible to walk along the coastline, as they did before. I lowered my rating for this, although I understand that nature has ordered it, but you have to choose your vacation. Finally, I will praise the hotel. The request for a late check-out (for 3 hours) was granted immediately and for a small additional fee.

We had a rest from May 17 to May 27, 2024! Very nice hotel! There is a separate entrance to each room from the street. We were greeted unexpectedly with a gorgeous free dinner. The sea is within walking distance, wonderful. The pools are nearby, but everyone swims in the sea. The excursions are excellent and inexpensive (Mekong, Mount Taku). We did not go to Dalat, as we had been there before. According to the neighbors' reviews of the free sun beds on the hotel beach, everyone liked it. The territory of the hotel is a solid green area, mango is a green variety, ripe ones were falling, we picked and ate. The Vietnamese smile good-naturedly. Once at night there was a thunderstorm, which had never been seen in my life (cannonade) and a powerful tropical downpour! A flurry of emotions! It's always sunny during the day, and it rained on the Mekong, which is very gorgeous. Local tourists came from Saigon for the weekend - how much fun they spend their weekends! The local fishermen accepted us into their team and together we took out the seine and sorted the fish. It turned out to be free fishing for us. There are many shops in Mui ne, fine jewelry, elegant earrings, rings, necklaces inlaid with sapphires, pearls, etc. at quite affordable prices. There are many restaurants, natural products and juices. The currency is changed everywhere!

Everything has its price, when we were evicted, they asked us for a basket that was allegedly in the bathtub. The basket was in the tub, but one, and you need two. They did not see her in their eyes, and so they did not give us our passports, pay. They tried to explain to us for 10 minutes that there was a basket, until the guide came to pick us up at the airport, they gave us our passports. And so I liked everything, and I would like to return. But next time I will take the baskets according to the inventory when checking in😂

A great hotel will be here in a few months. They were in October 2024. Reconstruction is in full swing, only one four-storey building is working. Someone has invested a lot of money in it, they are changing the decoration, furniture, plumbing. The restaurant is only after renovation, the food is good. Room cleaning is normal. We stayed at this hotel from April 7 to April 17, 2025. I liked everything. There were 4 of us and we lived in a room with two bedrooms and a large living room, 2 toilets and a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The room is clean, everything is new, the bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are snow-white. Cleaning every day. On the day of arrival, as a compliment, there was a bowl of fruit and 2 bottles of wine on the table. Nice. The staff tries very hard, helpful, almost invisible people. The sea is clean, the sand is white, there are plenty of sun beds for everyone. The sea is very different, mostly stormy in the afternoon, quiet in the morning. The food is normal: both European and Vietnamese for every taste. Lots of fruits: papaya , dragon, watermelon and many more Asian varieties. We were glad that not everything was included. We went and ate Vietnamese food, lots of fish, seafood, perfectly cooked, with strange sauce sauces. At first we went to different places for lunch and dinner, and then we stopped at two - Madame Dean's, house 99, and 69 lane (there are 5 cafes there, but we liked the one on the left, which has steps). I also liked the food at Madame Chi's. When I went on the trip, I was afraid that eating outside could be dangerous, but I can say that none of us and the children were poisoned and everyone is happy that we managed to try a lot of new things. And I also want to say that everything is very cheap for us. We went on 2 excursions with an excellent Russian-speaking guide, his name is May. In short, the rest was a success, we will remember it with joy. Thank you Vietnam!

We really liked the hotel We visited in November 2024. The renovation was not completed at that time and only in recent days a large swimming pool was opened, but this did not affect our vacation in any way. The hotel has lived, although it is located on the first line, the beach strip is not comfortable, a sharp break from the bags against the erosion of the beach and a fairly narrow strip of sand. Quite a decent hotel! We lived on the second floor! There were ants in the room! The territory of the hotel is not very large, but there is a lot of greenery, there is a fountain and fish swimming in the pond. The breakfast was a buffet, lots of Vietnamese cuisine! The room was cleaned every day, all the accessories were reported, two tea and coffee bags, two bottles of water. The beach is good, the sea is warm, but the waves were strong after 9 a.m., there are enough sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool)

I really liked the hotel. We were together with my wife in December 18. Friendly staff. There is a Russian-speaking administrator. Cozy rooms, excellent cleaning quality, although there was always a different number of towels. A picturesque area. Delicious breakfasts. Great hotel, we were with my husband and my adult son. Very clean, lovely room, beach and sea in one minute walk. There is a busy tourist street nearby, which has everything, and at very affordable prices. Due to lack of income: two different rooms were replaced upon arrival with one family room, although consisting of three separate rooms, united by a common corridor, stairs and a hall with a TV and furniture. We occupied two rooms, and what was our surprise when two days later we found a couple of neighbors in the third room! At the reception, they could not clearly explain why complete strangers were moved in with us. After a stormy showdown, the neighbors were evicted. The second trouble was that the electronic lock from the common entrance door broke, it was on Saturday. We were given just one regular key, and the mechanic left for a Sunday off. It wasn't very convenient to adjust to each other endlessly. All this surprised me, but it did not spoil the further pleasant rest. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

Good day to all of you! The photo shows the room we occupied. This is a 2nd floor, corner room with a huge balcony. This is where all the advantages of the room end! This is the second room that was offered to us. The first one had no balcony with windows on the wall of the neighboring building, and to get into it you had to go through the living room of complete strangers and go up to the second floor... The horror! Probably someone in front of us refused a room with a huge balcony because of the suffocating sewage system. But we did not immediately feel this ambergris, we were delighted with the balcony. And we've been fighting sewer odors for 13 days. The toilet was tightly closed, and the trapeze from where the stench came was covered with a plastic bag. It helped, but not much... Never set foot in this hotel again! The shower room is covered in fungus! The TV works with a kick! The air conditioner roars like a beast... The breakfasts, however, were excellent... We were not naughty, we just wanted to relax without problems, but had to endure all the inconveniences...

The hotel has greatly changed its attitude towards guests over the past 3 years. The first impression was unforgettable, so we decided to return. Alas..everything has changed a lot. The rooms are cleaned very poorly, just a superficial cleaning, which consists only in making the beds and a couple of swipes with a mop. There was a terrible smell of rot and sewage in the bathroom throughout the stay. The staff steals personal hygiene items: the shampoo that came with you is drained and local consumer goods are poured instead, the same thing happened with the balm. Tampons were stolen from a cosmetic bag. Since they didn't really follow all this, they didn't immediately understand what happened. When they began to gather, all these missing items were discovered. Upon arrival, be very careful about filling the minibar, as well as the condition of cans and bottles. During the calculation, we were billed for two swollen cans of cola and sprite, although they were in such a state when we checked in, we simply did not consider it necessary to draw the attention of the staff to this: they are available and good. It is worth noting separately about the sun beds on the beach-they are occupied from 5(!!!) in the morning, they just put a towel on, and then come to the beach by 8-9 in the morning. In other hotels, this is monitored, and if the owner of the towel is absent for more than half an hour, he is simply removed from the sunbed, thereby preventing a situation of total lawlessness when the towel can lie all day without the owner. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money, it is far from 4. Pay attention to other places in Mui Ne, of which there are plenty in the immediate environment.
