Good location and good size room, and a great breakfast place. We stayed on the 4th floor in a great size room with a good bathroom and a balcony. There were some concerns though, mainly due to their credit card system and their "bed."
Their card system did not accept US based Visa, Mastercard or other cards. They did attempt to run the cards but failed to connect, yet my Visa phone app did not even register the swipe. Strange how the card did work at a store right across the street and many other stores, restaurants, and a hotel around the area. That means their system is not connected or they are using a bank that does not like US currency, or tourists. You must have cash, so make sure to get cash before going to the hotel. The other concern was with what they call "bed." Room 402 has 3 BOXSPRINGS with a bed sheet to sleep on. I cannot understand WHY would anyone have this for a bed in a hotel, where clients go to rest and relax. We spent three nights there only because we had to wait for another hotel to have availability, a rather inconvenient situation. And for the last morning, I went downstairs for a quick workout so I can get my hurting back, back to normal, only to find out the treadmill not working, the exercise bike in need of service and finally the worst inconvenience: the pool/sauna area. I went to check the area, loved the look, got my wife from upstairs with our bathing suits and went down again, only to find the door locked and the lights out. The room key did not unlock the door, and I was not about to walk to the front desk in my robe at 8 AM!
Overall, good location, good size rooms and breakfast but make sure you carry cash, forget about the workout and pool/sauna area, and get ready for the most uncomfortable sleep of your life. I have to add that my wife offered to sleep on the rug in front of the beds, but somehow I did not feel like it. Without these concerns I would rate this higher but if a client has to ask for all these to be fixed then this place might, just might, need to get a real manager to run it.

A nice new hotel, air conditioning is quiet, cleaning is daily. Excellent breakfast with local products and fruits. Very friendly staff, suggested restaurants nearby, prepared a breakfast lunch box at early check-out. There are several grocery stores right across the street. I have the warmest memories of the hotel and Tashkent in general. 🫶🏻

A wonderful hotel! We spent 3 nights here. Good breakfasts, clean linen, fresh repairs, everything worked. Slippers, a bathrobe, a lot of towels: it's supposed to be. The only thing is, well, sooooo small rooms. Literally 9 meters for two. But we weren't sitting in the room, so we were OK. Otherwise, everything is fine. A 10-minute metro station, opposite a grocery store. Money is changed at the reception.

I didn't expect it!!!
We were on a one-night stand-a connecting flight, a small child, so as not to sit at the airport.
Very polite, hospitable staff! A cozy entrance hall, an amazingly beautiful floor in the hallway on the floor, a large, clean room with a balcony! A round table in the middle- we were able to have a quick snack (it was late, but hooray- there is a convenience store nearby - the prices are affordable, the freshest fried chicken, hot tortillas, ice coffee- despite the late hour! )
The breakfast is quite varied -especially delicious vegetable salads and pizza pie) .
Shortly.. I didn't expect anything from Tashkent, but I wanted to come again! Because the first impression was made by the guys from the reception at the hotel! Their attention and professional ethics!
There was probably a reason why there were many families with children in the hotel, including small ones!
Thanks to the hotel, or rather to the people who create its atmosphere, keep it clean, and cook delicious food! In fact, it was here that the doors to the beautiful southern city were hospitably opened to me, where I want to return! Let's stop here again, of course!

The hotel is well located, a 10-minute free walk to Shota Rustaveli street, where there are many delicious establishments, a 1-minute walk to the supermarket basket, the hotel has an excellent restaurant - tasty and not expensive.
Cons of the hotel - there is no ramp for strollers and suitcases
- tasteless breakfasts, no coffee machine freely available - few appliances for distribution
- there are no two room keys
- the extractor hood in the bathroom does not work, so the smell of wet towels that dry very badly immediately appears
- the towel dryer does not work
- room cleaning in the afternoon - if you are with a child and you have a lunch nap in the room, then your room will be cleaned only in the evening - for what reason this situation is not very clear
- the plaster under the window sill is peeling off in the room, it is necessary to refresh the pillows and the bedspread

We took a double room. Clean, stylish, but the room is very small, the bed is very hard, the pillows are uncomfortable.
The breakfast is a buffet, very simple, but you will not stay hungry. The staff is polite and helpful.

I'm a little disappointed with this hotel. Of the advantages, I can note the convenient location relative to the airport and urban locations; a quiet and peaceful street, but there are good restaurants nearby for dinner; you can change currency and buy a SIM card at the hotel. Of the minuses, I note the tasteless breakfast, it seems banal like everywhere else, but everything is stale, dried and stale. I would like to note the moment that the group warned about early departure the day before, the administrator said that breakfast would be served even half an hour earlier than the stated time, but in fact there was neither coffee nor a boiled kettle for tea. This is a failure 🤦🏼♀️

A great place to stay, close to the center. The guys at the reception are friendly, they will explain everything, they can also urgently exchange currency for local bags. We stayed in a suite with a balcony, the room is quite spacious, with many windows, which allowed us to ventilate the room through.
Of the cons (rather a wish): to diversify breakfast (pastries are clearly not fresh, but if you take porridge, scrambled eggs and salads, then it is quite suitable), as well as to make ventilation in the gym and add barbells with weights there, they were very lacking

A good option for 1-2 nights. 15 minutes from the airport. Nearby there are shops, parks, restaurants of delicious national cuisine, metro. Fresh renovation, nice decoration. Clean bright rooms. New bed linen. Disposable hygiene kits in the bathroom. Powerful and quiet air conditioner. Nice staff. One of the wishes is to make breakfast a little more varied. And to set up a treadmill in the gym (in which there are no windows or hoods).

Tashkent .
The hotel is in the old town.
Tashkent is a very sprawling city and to be honest, we did not understand where the old city is…
But in principle, it doesn't matter …
We lived in a suite on the fifth floor.
A large bed for two and plus a sofa in the room - the room can accommodate 4 people well, the mattresses were very hard for us, but we got out of the situation, laid blankets, slept not high, but fine.
Water, instant tea/coffee , everything is there.
A round table in the middle of the room for tea drinking, a TV on the wall.
Towels, soap accessories, there is shampoo, but I did not see the conditioner, I used my own.
We took breakfast with us , they are included, from 8:00 to 10:00 in the morning. The first day we arrived at half past nine
and , in general , drank coffee and there were only cheesecakes left , then we brought a fried egg, somehow modestly . Since we fly often, we have experience of supervision already, because I would have built the workload of the restaurant staff, where breakfasts are held, a little differently and redistributed responsibilities between the girls, they fuss, but there are a lot of people and of course congestion. You can put the coffee machine in the restaurant hall and guests can pour coffee for themselves, The second morning we arrived at 8:00 a.m. and it was small and modest, but there was a choice of food.
The hotel has an elevator. You can change money, the guys at the reception are charming and pleasant, they will orient you and answer your questions.
Requests can be made by calling the reception from the room. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
We arrived in high season , the hotel was fairly filled with tourists.
We left the hotel by taxi. The hotel can connect isum and it is possible to exchange for local currency.

Excellent location-close to the center. Special thanks to the administrators. They explained everything (because it was the first time in Tvshkent), helped with communication, local currency. Assistance to guests 24/7

We rented 2 rooms (suite and standard) The standard was very small-we went close together, but there was everything we needed, except for dressing gowns), and the suite consisted of 1 room, but everything was arranged in principle, too. Opposite there is a private shop and postterminals of payment for communication, for example.There are sooo many restaurants nearby for every taste and budget. We really liked Jumanji-very tasty and during the day without extra charge for service. The overall impression. For the location-5, for the staff-5, for the hotel itself - 4

A hotel with a good location and courteous service.
On solid 3 stars. Only the breakfasts were let down by the lack of variety, but not critically.
The gym is small, but there is everything you need and access at any time of the day.
Regarding the pool - only for the sauna (you can not swim) and for a fee.

Хороший отель рядом с центром города, до центра 3 км. Чистые номера, достаточно уютно. Персонал приветливый. Рядом есть магазины. Из минусов: бронировали на букинге и в описании было бассейн плюс спа, как оказалось это за дополнительную плату, плохо что это не указано в описании, поэтому оценил как замануху и дезинформацию. Из плюсов: отдельно хотелось бы отметить питание, приятно посидеть и вкусно покушать. Оценил на 4 с плюсом

A disgusting hotel. It's a beautiful wrapper, but it's terrible inside... in 2 weeks, the bed linen was changed 1 time and then after the remark that it was not changed. They are treated with some kind of perfume, but not washed. The cleaning is disgusting, they clean the center of the room, they don't even look at the corners. The shower has never been washed in 2 weeks, a couple of times they forgot about toilet paper and towels. Breakfast is monotonous: the same thing every day - Eggs, fried sausages, pastries and strangely unripe vegetables. Cappuccino is delicious

Жил 10 дней. 5 этажный отель. Небольшие уютные номера. Персонал отзывчивый, есть мини-спортзал и сауна. В отеле постоянно останавливаются пилоты и стюардессы а/к Аэрофлот.
Завтраки с 8 до 10 утра, в номере убирались одинаково, что с чаевыми, что без них.
Местоположение хорошее, в 15 минутах ходьбы есть ТЦ Next.
Что нужно улучшить:
1. В номере нет утюга и гладильной доски, но приносят по требованию. Но так как он один, то если кто-то его забрал, то приходится ждать.
2. Не хватает маленького сейфа.
3. Завтраки хоть и с 8, но по факту с открытия еды в наличии 30% от полного ассортимента. Остальное доносят к 8:20-8:30. Так что кому на работу к 9 имейте ввиду. В выходные же хочется поспать и было бы здорово, если завтраки были до 11.

The hotel is of high quality, although in detail it asks for an easy renovation. In general, everything is convenient; cleaning, change of towels, slippers and hygiene products - every day. Good free Wi-Fi in the room and at the reception. The breakfast buffet is delicious, suitable for vegetarians - there is a choice. Wonderful pastries and insanely delicious pumpkin - be sure to try it, it is a delicacy baked with honey and butter. Unfortunately, on the second day of our stay, the coffee machine broke down and it was not repaired for the next breakfast. There was no coffee for 2 days, alas... And the coffee beans are quite good. The hotel has 5 floors and an elevator. The location is good, 100 meters away there is a 24/7 shopping cart. Cosmonauts metro station is 15-20 minutes away on foot. The hotel's restaurant serves Indian and Afghan cuisine until 23:00. I really liked the "dumplings with leeks and peas" (in fact, the filling is herbs, and peas are lentils on the outside). This is not a particularly spicy cuisine, there are a lot of seasonings, everything is very unusual, but tasty and satisfying. As vegetarians, we had enough of everything. It's a pity we didn't have time to try the Afghan ice cream. Especially for vegetarians, I attach a photo of the menu (selectively). There are meat dishes there too, it will suit everyone. Service: 20% in the receipt. Thanks to the team and the hosts for a great vacation!

Обслуживание отличное, убирались каждый день, обновляли туалетные принадлежности и полотенца. Номер был просторный достаточно органично устроен. Единственное смущала пыльная люстра. Кровать очень жесткая мне напомнила доски, это единственный существенный минус. Ванная комната чистая немного тесная. Кондиционер над кроватью тоже может вызвать неудобство, мне удалось его настроить чтобы не дул. Выбор блюд на завтраке скромный но все достаточно вкусно на твердую четверку (соответствует 3м звездам отеля) Расположение в хорошем районе но без особой транспортной доступности так что нужно пользоваться такси благо оно в ТАШКЕНТЕ дешевое. Ближайший магазин напротив, торговый центр в 20 минутах ходьбы. Рядом есть много ресторанов цены выше обычных но готовят вкусно.

Обслуживание заслуживает отдельных похвал. Отель очень приятный, решили, что обязательно остановимся здесь в следующий приезд. Завтраки довольно разнообразные, все вкусно. Расположение в тихом месте, рядом с отелем есть небольшой продуктовый. Много советов и помощи оказали молодые люди с рецепшн. В номерах все чисто и очень уютно

Отель уютный, тихо, спокойно, чисто. Все улыбаются, пожелания учитываются. Месторасположение отличное. Единственное, в номере 203 с унитазом надо решить вопрос. А так все супер. Приедем еще не раз ❤️

Отличный отель. Расположение супер. В центре. Завтраки сытные, вкусные, разнообразные. Персонал вежливый. Проблемы решались оперативно. Номера чистые, уютные. Вообщем берите, не пожалеете. Спасибо персоналу. Единственный минус: нет пандуса для входа с детской коляской.

Отель хороший, чистенький. Хорошие завтраки, вежливый персонал. Номер, правда, у меня был очень маленький - входную дверь открываешь и уупмраешься в кровать, дверь в туалетную комнату полностью не открывалась - упиралась в кровать, есть стол, шкаф. В общем не плохо для не капризный. Рядом с отелем есть кафешки и магазинчик.

A wonderful area! It is a 10-minute drive to the airport. Several museums and a monument to cosmonauts are within walking distance. The staff helped me with everything from calling a taxi to a hammam) breakfast for 3, but it didn't bother me at all! I recommend it!! The renovation is still fresh!)

Расположение отличное. Отель в отличном состоянии.
Номер нам понравился, все необходимое есть: тапочки, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, щетки зубные. В номере чай и кофе, но за кипятком надо идти к кулеру.
Завтраки однообразные, но наесться можно спокойно. Почти каждый день попадали на свежую горячую выпечку.
Персонал все просьбы выполнял. Нам все понравилось.
Матрасы правда жесткие, но нам очень понравилось, прям то что нужно. 👍🏻

I got a small asymmetrical room. A hard mattress. Very poor sound insulation with the corridor, voices are strongly audible in the corridor. Rooms are cleaned at night, and it's not cool to hear a vacuum cleaner at night. The breakfasts are tasteless, the choice of food is small. We used the sauna and hammam twice. The first time they forgot to withdraw money in the second hour. The second time they forgot to start the hammam.

The hotel is generally normal. Everything works, including Wi-Fi.
There are some important nuances, however. Firstly, we arrived the day before yesterday, but we haven't had any cleaning yet. Probably, we should ask..., since the service is super-unobtrusive.
Secondly, breakfast is included in the price, but do not count on it much, since there is nothing to eat there-today there was rice, sausages that taste terrible, as well as scrambled eggs, semolina, sponge cake, something like pizza. Tea. Coffee. Everything. You can have a snack, but there is no pleasure from this food.
