Before that, I took food, everything was fine, but today I went to the checkout. The girl at the checkout was packing the order - I didn't pull her, I waited calmly - so that the person wouldn't get lost. She finished, I politely asked to take the order, she said "come back in 10 minutes" and continued to collect orders without even looking at me. You can't do that, accept the order and then give it back as long as it takes. Dear point owner, please figure it out, I'm worried about you - You're losing money
