An awesome cottage with well-chosen materials for decoration and furniture, create a modern and pleasant interior.
We came with three families, we were very comfortably accommodated in a suite, a studio with a separate entrance and a standard.
The rooms are clean, there are dishes, tea, coffee, kettles, a refrigerator, and the suite and studio have a kitchen with a stove.
We really wanted to get into the sauna with a swimming pool, but it didn't work out, we need to book in advance. However, we were happy to use the barbecue (grates and skewers, dishes for serving are provided). A comfortable gazebo with furniture, sockets, electric light allows you to accommodate a large company. There is Wi-Fi. The receptionist, who is polite and unobtrusive, will meet you, explain everything, and you can pay for your stay using the Mir card. They suggested where to go in the evening, where to buy groceries, etc. It's a great place. I bet 5+++, I really want to come back here

We stayed in Lebedinoye from July 17th to 18th in a double studio with a double bed. A very warm place and wonderful owners. We regretted that we only stayed for a day, but we console ourselves that it was something like our tourist intelligence). We are also thinking of returning to Brest (by the way, the most beautiful, very beautiful and well-groomed city!!!). There will be no problems with choosing a place to accommodate: we will definitely strive to get to Lebediny. Specifically, what we really liked:
1. There is a small, but private Parking for cars.
2. The room has a small kitchen, which is very convenient, for example, for breakfast, since you do not need to run early in the morning to look for a cafe, along with a fairly good selection of various semi-finished products and products (LOCALLY produced and of high quality - milk and meat delicacies are probably the best in the republic)) the shops in the city will allow you to sell this breakfast very well.
3. The owners, apparently, are excellent business executives, punctual and, moreover, not devoid of aesthetics. Natalia promptly responded to our requests by e-mail even before our arrival. And we really liked the interior and exterior of the Swan, because we found a lot of similar tastes: in the materials used for decoration, the QUALITY of decoration and approaches to decoration.
4. A map of the city located on the wall near the reception, and a magical woman administrator, who in 10 minutes told me where and when it was better to go to Brest, while she was talking, I managed to fill in all the points she had indicated in the navigator, which significantly reduced the time to search for attractions and places to relax.
5. It seems to be Brest, but not quite: this is a suburb, which means that there are no night screams of idly staggering and there is clean air, which, as a result, allows you to get a good night's sleep and energetically continue your journey through Belarus!

The guest house is located in a quiet location at the entrance to the city (we entered from the Vitebsk region). Parking for 4 cars. The room was booked with a separate exit, there is a kitchen and everything you need for cooking, there is a microwave, a jug of water and glasses. You can drink water directly from the tap. There is even a sponge and dishwashing detergent. In addition to the bed, there is a sofa, a dressing table. In the bathroom for girls there is a bidet, an electric heated towel rail. The shower room is fenced and tiled (see photo). The room is very cozy. Matches the description. When I looked at the photo of the room on the site, I was not very impressed, but when I saw it firsthand, there were no words. In general, I recommend the guest house for booking, you will not regret it. Because my husband and I from Russia can pay for our stay with the mir card, the payment goes without problems.
