We went to the water park with my son 2 times, I liked everything, especially the child. The water is comfortable, there are different pools, a zone for kids, a sauna. We really didn't ride down the slides, I'm afraid of heights, but it's good to swim in the pool, I liked the Jacuzzi with warm water, the little one liked the rain shower in the grotto. Prices in cafes bite, but we took water and boutiques with us. So it turned out to be budget-friendly. 4 hours was enough for us. We will have the opportunity to go again with pleasure.

Overall, I liked the water park. But, since there is something to compare with (we were in water parks in Sopot, in the Varvinsky Thermal Baths, Baltiysk, Kaliningrad, Jurmala), then there are some obvious disadvantages. First of all, there are queues. For everything! Starting from the entrance and ending with queues for pipes and slides, and since there is no adjustment of the latter on the part of the staff, it turns out that people are standing with cheesecakes three floors on the stairs in line for a slide with cheesecakes, and at this time the pipes are idle, as everyone approaches, they see a huge queue already on the 2nd floor, turn around and they leave without knowing that on the 3,4 floors there are separate queues of three or four people for other pipes.
You have to waste time in queues for every descent for 30-40 minutes. There is no river with a current. And in general, if there is no desire to stand in queues for slides, there is very little entertainment (fountains, bubbles, pressure, Jacuzzi with warm water, etc.), it just remains to swim. The water is cool, but in principle comfortable. You need to take hair dryers at the checkout, no one warns about this at the checkout, you will find out about it from the information in the locker room, but you can't get to the checkout from it, only through the exit. Usually, in all water parks, hair dryers are hung in sufficient quantities in the locker rooms. The price is too high, compared to the rest of the water parks where we were, Lebyazhy is the most expensive.

Definitely recommend it! A great place for a family holiday. We were with our grandchildren in August. I liked everything: the water park itself and the territory. The only drawback is the lack of food outlets. The cafe by the lake was closed without explanation and I really wanted to eat. I had to go to the city.

This is the best water park I've been to. Slides are just queues for slides, just like everywhere else. I really liked that after the descent, the cheesecake does not need to be given away. a very strange 'lazy river' - the current is not felt and is very short, in fact you need to shovel yourself.
The same goes for the trail with various sprinklers and showers, it's a little weak.
There is not enough decor - living or artificial greenery, all bare functionality.
It's a pity that there are a lot of attractions in the open area - there is a heated gallery for their starts and finishes and there would be 2 times more slides.

When visiting the water park on 10.08..2024, we were told that it was better to arrive around 10-00 (while the girls are chipping bracelets). The water park is open from 8-00 and in my opinion, when the group goes and everything is already paid for, then everything should be ready for the opening of the aquapack (when you come to the store for the opening, they serve you immediately, and do not tell you to wait a couple of hours, then they have not yet prepared). We arrived at 9:30 and stood waiting for a group of 40 people to be served: I do not understand why bracelets should be given according to the list and last name, each group has a responsible person who was given the number of paid bracelets and that's it!!! we always did this, why this pandemonium!!!
We got to the water park at 10 o'clock, the queues for the slides are already huge. The mood dropped, and in addition, one slide (blue) did not work. We went to the spa area: all the baths are cold, except for the Russian one, but to get into it you have to stand in line too, this has not happened yet.

I've been going to the water park almost since its opening (with a subscription), so I've seen both good times and not so much. In the last two years, the impression has been that they want to kill the water park. It's getting worse and worse. In summer, a large swimming pool often smells strongly of bleach, and overall the water quality has become worse (it is clear that it most likely meets the standards, but ...). The new sun beds that were bought in the aquazone are so cheap that half of them are already broken, and you can “screw up" pretty well. By the way, the old sun beds have been holding up well since they were opened, although they are worn out. The summer area is poorly cleaned (in summer, of course): In the morning, there were corn kernels, dirty glasses, and other debris that is difficult to dump on birds.
Before visiting the water park, I recommend making sure which slides and baths are working, because after paying a considerable amount, there is a high probability that you will not receive the services you came here for (it is especially unpleasant if you were traveling because of something specific, but it does not work). For example, a month after the repair, the baths warmed up well only twice: something was broken, somewhere the temperature was lower than it should be (what temperature should be in the baths is indicated on the aquapark website). Previously, it was possible to swim outside in the pool in winter, but it was banned a couple of years ago.
Now about the spa... first of all, it was called a spa area for nothing. Rather, it is a bathhouse, since you can only relax there very early in the morning, and not for long in winter (when there are no holidays). In summer, there are a lot of people, screeching and shouting, often people jump into a font with icy water, splashing cold spray on visitors on the sun beds around the pool. The staff (usually one female administrator) does not have time to make comments to everyone.
More about the baths themselves… A separate story is the Russian bathhouse "without water". The management can not decide in any way whether it is possible to pour water into the Russian bath or not, then they put a ladle, then not. In fact, this bathhouse should have been called Finnish and not to fool people, since Russian still involves water, or alternatively put a normal oven. We bought a new stove (it sounds cool), which tried to catch fire twice, but it didn't work out because the visitors managed to get there and report the problem. The third time she did it, the wooden paneling caught fire (you can search for this story on the Internet — it should still be there). It's a good thing that no one was electrocuted and no one was injured. The big question is: why doesn't the automatic shutdown of the sauna work in such situations?... The rest of the baths almost always do not correspond to the temperature regime. After complaints from visitors, the administration simply removed the thermometers in the Finnish sauna and Russian bath. Often, when there are a lot of people, there is an unpleasant smell, especially when you sit on the lower shelves in the bathroom.
And a little more off-topic: liquid soap began to be diluted in the toilets, the lock has not been working in one of the booths for six months. The stainless steel massage guns were painted very "elegantly" — pleasing to the eye. And cockroaches (as without them): they are there and even came home in a bag. However, we must pay tribute, in 9 years - only twice. Yes! And they try to poison them, in the morning a peculiar smell is sometimes felt in the locker rooms.
In general, there was an impression that the administration of the water park does not respect its visitors: the attitude "it will do anyway", “we can do without you”, “if you don't like it, don't go" is evident in everything. It's a pity the water park was once a good place, but it's slowly crumbling. It makes me very sad. I really, really hope that something will change, the water park will have an owner, and I will have a desire to go there again. I will conclude on a good note: the staff at the aquazone and the spa area are pleasant, good people, in any case, no one has ever been rude or rude to me. There are no complaints about the employees, they do what they can, within their capabilities. There have been too few employees lately for such a large number. I think slides are good for children, if they work, especially the big red and blue ones.
I advise you to think about taking bathrobes or towels with you (you can rent or from home) to keep warm. The hair dryers are now hung up, but they can usually hang for a short time, they are there, then they are not. I could rent a hair dryer (for free), but I would take a hair dryer with me so that I would not depend on anything or anyone and not waste time.

If you are worried about your children that they will freeze, then this is not about this water park. Of course, there are places with draughts, but there are few of them and they are mostly located in the passageways with the outdoor area of the water park! There is a food court, pool bars. A decent spa area! There are baths for different temperature preferences! The slides are just amazing!!! There are tougher ones where the heart stops!!!) There are slides that are more gentle on your heart, but do not spare emotions for the positive! There are some minor flaws, but it's more individual for everyone than the cons! As a result, you will be delighted with the visit-definitely!!!

As a water park and spa complex for the whole family, with a variety of different water attractions and interesting slides, the complex is simply excellent. But if you are a couple or alone and want to get away from the noise, you will not succeed. You can also go to the SPA department with children and this is just a disaster for everyone who came to relax. Parents don't look after their children at all. And they rage and scream everywhere. I would change the concept of at least the SPA department. That the entrance is for adults only. Since especially children do not get up in saunas, do not sit in the massage pool, but only yell, run and jump into the pool.
The slides in the main aqua complex are just great. I really liked them.
But it was only warm in the SPA department. It is mostly cold, and there is no declared +28-29 air heat. 24-25 maximum.
The same is true with water, very cold, there is no declared 27 degrees, maximum 24-25. Warm water only in the pool with massages in the SPA department.
Saunas are interesting, 7 pieces. There are for every taste and temperature preferences.
There is a cold font.
Restaurants are very slow, waiting for about an hour. Any dish. The only thing they can cook quickly is in a Fast Food restaurant on the 3rd floor. The food is so-so everywhere, but you can have a snack. The prices are reasonable.
Be careful with the elevator, we got stuck going up to the restaurant for 5 minutes. Then somehow he got up. And then we used the stairs.
In general, I advise you to visit. If it's a family, then definitely.
We took massages and wraps with a scrub, we liked everything, good massage therapists.

They took four hours, withstood three, everyone froze and went to the shower, lathered up and then just like the classics, I open the water, and it's icy, ran through half of the booths, it's like this everywhere, three more people with me, we waited for 20 minutes and washed under the ice, one of the victims said that it was frequent phenomenon, i.e. the management just us....they said at the ticket offices that they were also in parallel, they didn't even stop selling tickets and naturally didn't tell new visitors anything. I will not say that this should not be the case in 2023, degrad..you will probably win, it is useless to fight, they will not understand what a service is, they understand only when it concerns them, there is only one way to fight them, to refuse the services of such enterprises and sole proprietors, when people start doing this and as a result unscrupulous entities will go bankrupt and disappear from the market, only then everything will get better!!! I'm not going to this place anymore, it's better than that!!!!

The aquazone is good, but the spa is not worth paying for separately. There are only two hot baths, and even then they are not too hot. In the Russian oven, visitors are constantly pouring water. There is nothing to breathe and it is cold... No pleasure at all. The Finnish sauna is more or less, but I would like it hotter.
They came because of the spa, took me for three hours. They left after an hour and a half, they were dissatisfied. There is no charge for such saunas in other water parks.

You can buy tickets online, come and scan the barcode from your phone. At the same time, the live queue on the day of arrival (Monday, the end of August) was incredibly large (200+ people). There were 10 people in line for Internet tickets.
The administrators are friendly, explain everything, and meet halfway in some matters.
We spent the whole day at the water park. The queues for the popular (large) slides are quite long (20-40 minutes). There are rescuers every 20 meters, which is good. You can eat right on the territory of the water park by paying for food with a bracelet. There is a bar right in the aquazone. The water is warm, we haven't frozen all day. You can rent a towel and a bathrobe. There are enough sun beds in the open water zone, but I didn't really want to lie down.

An affordable price. I decided to visit here recently, before that I had experience with water parks only in another country. I went to Lebyazhy at random, without knowing anything in advance. I was very surprised that in order to get to the water park area, you have to wait for a queue of 100 people. That is, the difference between my payment voucher and the one that now has 100 people at the checkout. I waited for 10 minutes, the queue moved to 8 positions. It may be worth starting a service with an additional service for those who want to pay more.
