We were the whole family and there was entertainment for everyone in the water. They took me for 4 hours, but after 3 I had no strength left (in a good way). The water slides are just super (adrenaline, splashes and delight). If you haven't, I strongly advise you to visit

In general, a good water park in terms of slides and various spas. It seems that there are not enough pools. The main problem is the number of people: if you come to the opening, you can ride with fairly adequate queues. But after 2-3 hours there are queues along the entire length of the stairs, and inflatable circles (most slides only with them) become quite problematic to find.

There are no questions about the water park.
- the staff is polite
- parking is large (we were on a weekday, there were very few cars);
- everything is clean and tidy in the water park;
- two shallow pools for children;
- the water is clean and warm (30 °);
- you can rent bathrobes, hair dryers (perhaps also towels, we were with our own);
- there are cafes (drinks, fast food) in the aqua zone and the SPA area.
In general, you can relax all day, time flies by unnoticed.

Great water park! The child is delighted. All slides are safe (at least the ones we rode). It is better to arrive in the morning, then there are fewer people, and less time is spent queuing for the slides. Relatively clean. There is no smell of chlorine. The only drawback: the site does not describe how to get to the water park (which minibuses, buses run) - this is especially important for nonresidents who get there on their own.

The water park is cool, but there are only 11 slides, counting those that are on the street. And inside there are 7. There aren't many people in bad weather. But the minus is that the outdoor aquazone does not work, it is the coolest. I recommend coming a little before the opening (9:00) and being there until the closing, there are almost no people. Follow this route: gray slide- blue slide- single triple-single toilet bowl- single pink-burgundy-red. Then it's the street ones. You may get a little seasick, but that's okay. But I wouldn't say that this water park is perfect. 4-8 hours 👌. If you take a hotel room, you have unlimited access to the water park, but the hotel has three stars, and the rooms are cramped. The water park is good, there is a large parking lot, an electronic queue, there are various promotions for which you can get a discount. Good slides and large pools for such an indoor facility. The children were delighted, I will definitely go to Minsk with them again.
The only drawback is the queues for the slides, so it is advisable to ride during working hours when there are fewer people.

The water park is large, there are many slides, there is an open area. A large swimming pool. But! You will enjoy visiting there only if you take a subscription for the whole day, because this is the only way you will justify queues for tickets lasting at least half an hour and queues for slides. Because we took four hours in the water park, we queued for 30-35 minutes on each slide, so then we spat after three rides and decided to just swim. And it was a weekday, NOT a day off. I can't imagine what kind of queues there would be at the weekend. The hair dryer is not shared, you need to get out of the shower, change clothes, go to the reception and ask for a hair dryer, and then come back and dry your head. Inconvenient. We didn't eat in the cafe, I can't say about the food. In general, you can only go there for the whole day! Otherwise, it will only take you a few hours in total to wait.

A terrible experience at the Lebyazhy water Park! I don't recommend it to anyone!
If you are planning a vacation with children, get out of here! Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong:
1. It's cold as a refrigerator! The temperature in the water park areas is unbearably low. The children shivered and tried to swim, but after 10 minutes their lips were already blue. I had to constantly run to the sauna (thank you for taking it at least!) to keep warm. Because of this, they spent 80% of their time in the steam room rather than in the pools.
2. Towels? Only wet ones! We rented towels, but when they got wet, it was impossible to change them to dry ones. The staff threw up their hands: "There are no options." The children were freezing, wrapped in an icy cloth — this is just bullying!
3. Dirt and desolation. Rusty handrails, slippery tiles in pools with some kind of yellow coating, garbage in the corners. I felt like I was in a Soviet abandoned building, not in a modern water park.
4. Discarded money. We bought tickets for 8 hours, but we could only stand 2. There was no pleasure, just stress and fear that the children would catch a cold.
Lebyazhy is a place where people spoil their mood and health. The only thing that saved was the SPA, but then why pay for a water park? Don't repeat our mistake — choose other places to relax!
P.S. The whole family got sick after visiting the water park…

The spa area is not cozy, the ceilings are very low and the room is dark, there is not enough comfort and a variety of flavors. The water bar is ill-conceived: on weekends there is a large load and in order to place an order, you have to hang on each other's heads, with the offered assortment (cocktails, coffee, drinks, beer), one bartender cannot cope.

We went to the water park with the child, because it is next to the house. There were no queues, it was autumn and a weekday. Very cold water in the pools. My daughter and I didn't even go for a full swim in the pool, which, if I'm not mistaken, is called the river.. We spent most of our time in the Jacuzzi, the wave pool and the children's pool, where the water is warmer. And since it was really very cool in the water park, I would say that we were frozen. Great water park! A spa area with steam rooms and a couple of pools (one round with ice water for dipping and one with warm water, waterfalls and jet massage, where you can swim a little, but it's a little cramped). There are enough steam rooms for different tastes - everyone can choose according to their liking and the capabilities of their body😊
The food and drinks here are good - we ate too much, taking a beer set for 30 bel.rub, where there turned out to be a lot of delicious chicken, nuggets and juicy croutons🍗 I washed it down with some delicious martini-based cocktail 🍹, and the guy with beer 🍺

A water park, which has no decent alternative. That's what's ruining him. It's sad to see it bursting at the seams. Over the 10 years of its existence, it has become very dilapidated. Numerous chipped tiles in the bowls, which miraculously do not cut your feet; running, rusty watering cans in the showers; a non-functioning Grotto attraction; broken light music on all slides; a broken and subsequently decommissioned child safety system; a broken "Children's Town", in which only 13 switches remained to work. 2; wave pool, where you can catch a wave only every half hour; permanently broken drying cabin and all elevators in the aqua zone; baths in the spa complex, which sometimes do not work, then work in the wrong mode; sagging insulation of ventilation pipes and floodlights disabled by humidity. You can write about all the shortcomings for a long time, the management of the aquapark knows about them all for sure. I would like to note that the ticket price for the whole day is 160/175 bel. rubles (~$55)
Inflatable circles are a separate pain. Imagine, to roll down a slide, you: a 14-year-old child, a woman, a grandmother - you need to bring a double inflatable circle (there are no others) weighing about 4 kg by 7/6 (seventh/sixth)!!!!! floor. As they say: "If you like to ride, you should also like to carry sleds." Why can't we make an automatic elevator?

There were both summer and winter. In summer, I advise you to take it for the whole day, because the territory is bigger and there are slides and entertainment areas. I am disappointed with the aquapark's customer policy. On December 11, I purchased a certificate for a surf simulator, but unfortunately it turned out to be valid for only 90 days. We were leaving the country and were unable to use the service during this period. When they returned, they found that the deadline had expired and the certificate had simply burned out.
I consider this approach to be extremely unfair – the service was not provided, but the money was spent. We have not been offered any extensions or alternative solutions. Is this a normal attitude towards customers? It's a shame, because the impressions should be positive, but there was only a nuisance. I do not recommend it!

I had a wife and daughter in this aqua park. The aqua park itself is very decent, there are many slides for every taste, an excellent children's area. Nice swimming pool. Now about the disadvantages. Queues at the entrance to the water park for two whole hours... Without exaggeration. If you honestly take a voucher for a family with children, you will have to wait in line for a very long time. And if, like "alone," a company of young people can pass with minimal expectation. We didn't have such a room, because my daughter is a minor. It turns out that families with children over 3 years old wait the longest at the entrance. At the same time, only 5 cash registers out of 10 were working. As I understand it, this regulates the number of visitors. But it doesn't really work either. Inside the queue on the slides, it was possible to stand for half an hour. This is no good. Let those fewer people be better, for a higher fee, than to inconvenience people instead of relaxing. If you go for 4 hours, it is enough to ride only once on the most popular slides, which is very sad. For these shortcomings and the thirst for profit of the owners, I take off two stars.

The Turkish hammam did not work at all at first, for about 30 minutes, after it barely worked and steam came out of one pipe, but as a result, an employee came and kicked everyone out, I appeal to the need to clean up and the hammam heated up for a long time again. The horror is terrible! How everything was launched. Everything is dilapidated, nothing is being repaired. One of the four shower heads works. The toilets are dirty. There's water everywhere, not just one cleaner. The water in the children's area is icy, not 30 degrees. There is little light everywhere, apparently they save money. Not all slides work. Judging by the condition of everything around, we can conclude that the condition of the slides is appropriate. It is very sad that there is such a wonderful place in the city, but it is not being monitored or restored at all.

Firstly, not everything worked, the outdoor children's area was closed, and the price tag remained the same and very high, I have something to compare it with. Secondly, the water in the Jacuzzi and hot pools is cool, in my opinion, it can be hotter. There is nowhere to warm up, the high price for tickets, baths are not included and there is nowhere to warm up. Thirdly, it was dark in the locker rooms, and we were in the daytime, so we had to turn on the phone's flashlight. At the entrance, the receptionist was rude, did not explain anything, did not prompt, although she knew that people were here for the first time. In general, there is no desire to return to this place.

Lebyazhy is not the same as it used to be. The spa area leaves much to be desired. The baths work every other time, and even if they do, it's not necessarily a good thing. There is no Russian bathhouse in fact. There is Finnish sauna equipment in the Russian steam room, but you can't add water.
