The lamps were given away for diagnosis and repair. They promised that they would call in two days to clarify the repair price. As a result, there has been no information about our lamps for almost 4 weeks. At first, our calls were answered that "there is a large load, they have not started diagnostics yet," but now they just say that they will call back and nothing else happens. Terrible service, we regretted 100 times that we decided to apply here at all.
