Unfortunately, we have to respond in this form, as you are playing with the reputation of our company.
Your husband named Vlad was in touch with our company, who said on the phone that he was satisfied with our company's service. Of the specified period, which is dramatically exaggerated, it took half the time for you to bring the goods in full / with blocks / and you did not answer our calls.
Due to the workload of our service, it took some time for the staff to diagnose the product and give a conclusion.
P.S. The product was not purchased from our store, therefore our employees needed some time to make inquiries and understand whether we could repair it or not.

The lamps were given away for diagnosis and repair. They promised that they would call in two days to clarify the repair price. As a result, there has been no information about our lamps for almost 4 weeks. At first, our calls were answered that "there is a large load, they have not started diagnostics yet," but now they just say that they will call back and nothing else happens. Terrible service, we regretted 100 times that we decided to apply here at all.

We bought a lamp and it was brought to us from the warehouse for 30 minutes!!!! It's been awfully long!!! Offer tea and coffee with sweets to your customers if you keep them waiting so long!!!

Among the advantages: cheap LED lamps, there was a change from 20 thousand drams.
Cons: a very long wait until your product is brought from the warehouse. I waited for 15 minutes. And so 2 times.
I bought lamps 2 times. The first time I bought it, then I saw that there was no plug to plug into the outlet. I did it myself, but I did it badly, the lamp burned out, so I went to buy it a second time. I specifically asked the seller 2 times if there is a plug in the kit, because I need a lamp with a plug in the socket. He said yes both times. As a result, there is no fork. And what he calls a plug is just a wire (see photo).
