The pharmacy on Blucher (Valentinovskaya), sells to a pensioner at the age of 80, a pressure measuring device, broken and when contacting a complaint about a non-working device to the pharmacy on the third day after purchase, first she is accused of changing the pear, then the seller generally withdraws the purchase receipt, they talk rudely, literally kicking her out of the pharmacy, by sending it to the service center... What is this?!!! Where is consumer protection?! The device was bought to measure pressure, and not for an 80-year-old man with a pressure of 180 to run through service centers. The head of the pharmacy simply expelled the person, violating the rights of the consumer: Conditions for the exchange / return of goods of proper quality Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection": ... The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase.
