The hotel is inside the block. The sea is 10 minutes away. Among the disadvantages: a meager breakfast (if possible, it is better to refuse) with cask tea and instant coffee and around the construction site (although there is a parking lot everywhere in this area). Among the advantages: friendly staff, large room, comfortable beds, change of towels every day, cleanliness in the rooms and in the halls. There is a parking lot near the airport.

The hotel is quite old and shabby, but they try to keep it clean. The rooms are spacious, I liked the spacious shower room. There is a continuous construction site around, large balconies have become inappropriate over time, and perhaps because of them, the sounds from the street are quite audible in the room. At night, when it was raining heavily, my husband and I woke up several times (there was no such problem in another hotel with a balcony in similar weather). Breakfast is not very varied, but most importantly, it is not very tasty. The porridge is thin and overcooked, my husband found a piece of salt in the omelet, cheap sausage and sausages in a film, khachapuri, in which 50/50 cheese was present. There is no water in the room. We had a tour check-in, which meant a lot of excursions, which was acceptable for him, but I would not have chosen this hotel myself. There are quite a lot of alternative options.
