We booked a table for 19.00 for two hours. On the day of booking, they specifically called and confirmed the time. Upon arrival, we are confronted with the fact that your table is only available until 20.00. They allegedly don't know anything about the agreed duration. No apologies, no attempts to find a solution, to contact the overbooked.
