The owners of the apartment are pleasant and sociable, they respond quickly to a request. The apartment is cozy and clean. It is especially pleasing that there is no smell of tobacco. It's great to live with the kids. I hope next year we will also live in this apartment.

One of the best residential complexes- excellent location, transport accessibility, schools, stadium, circus, globe. Good quality finishes, beautiful entrances and playgrounds. The houses are far from the road, beautiful landscaping. Unfortunately, with the connivance of the Almaty akimat, terrible doner kiosks appear on the lawn, which do not correspond to the place at all, because there are many excellent cafes and shops in the recreation center. The result is dirt and a lot of debris.
