The best bar in Minsk with original cocktails and cool serving. We tried: a herbalist and a bear, the waiter suggested the composition and advised us what else we could take. The place is small but very authentic. We were sitting outside, because the bar is located in the very center.

It's definitely worth going here, at least because of the interior. A tree inside the cafe, an antique chest of drawers with stained glass windows, a melted candle at the entrance - all this creates a fabulous atmosphere. I liked the unobtrusive service. The girls really tried to help with the choice of coffee, and it's very unusual here. I recommend it! 👍

I liked it: an incredibly beautiful cafe in the Slavic style, birds singing in the toilet, delicious cakes, good service, antique dishes.
I did not like it: there is not enough space, 2 tables, uncomfortable besides. And the bar table, that's it. There are places on the street, but this is only in good weather. I didn't like the author's coffee (marigold), it was too bitter, for an amateur. We tried only one taste, maybe we would have liked the rest. We ordered a sarnik with red fish, and as a result they served it burnt.

This place is a real find! Interior, details, menu design, well-chosen music together create the atmosphere of a fairy tale. The bartenders will be happy to tell you about the cocktails and choose something to your taste. The drinks turn out to be very tasty and spectacular, it is a great pleasure just to watch the cocktails being served! A wonderful place, unusual for Minsk! I will be happy to come more often for relaxation and atmosphere.

I came in at lunchtime on the weekend. There were no people in the hall, several people were sitting outside. At the entrance to greet, they offered to choose any place in the hall or on the summer veranda. I note that the waiter immediately said that it was not available from the menu. This is a plus. The minus menu is small in itself, and it is strange that there are no positions already at lunch.
I ordered a duck sandwich, carrot cake and turbot. While waiting for the order, a welcome glass of water was brought. I liked the sandwich: enough filling, crispy bread, not dry. The cake contains soaked sponge cake, nuts, a large amount of cream, grated carrots on top. Mix all the ingredients easily. I liked the combination. Turbota is a coffee-based drink with a coniferous aroma and sourness. Unusual.
I liked the place both in terms of food and design, I think in the evening, when it turns into a bar, it becomes even more fun. Of the cons: It's a very small space, it's time to clean the sink in the toilet so that the water goes away normally.
The receipt for my lunch turned out to be 43 BYN.

A very interesting and atmospheric place! Cocktails are not only healthily decorated (some also have perfomance during serving), but also delicious. Separately, I would like to mention the music - it perfectly complements the atmosphere, as the perfect finishing touch. By the way, the waiters did not refuse the request to share their playlist, which is doubly pleasant. The institution is small, a large company can not fall in there so that it is convenient, it needs to be taken into account. There were 6 of us, and I think this is the +- limit.

If you are in Minsk for one night and choose where to drink cocktails, then
you are guaranteed to come here. One of the most iconic bars in the entire post-Soviet space. A tiny hall and a small veranda on the street strongly oblige you to book in advance. Serving cocktails and the "legendary" menu with them on 10 out of 10.

It's very cool when you book a table in advance, and then 2 hours before the visit you accidentally find out from Instagram that the bar is closed for a private event. Of course, there was no warning (the call and SMS apparently do not exist) and even on Instagram, the institution did not inform about this in advance in its stories.
Cocktails are probably great. But the attitude sucks! Even when I called on the phone myself after seeing the story, I heard: and when did you book at all?!

We went to the bar, we were delighted with the atmosphere! The music, the interior is just a bomb!
But then we sat down.. the sour face of the bartenders and waiters. They gave me a bar menu, and I had to ask for a food menu.
Then they pointed out that this is not how we look at the menu.. This is not the first time in this kind of bar, usually the staff is very sociable and sociable. And here.. They just ruined the whole mood. In the end, we left.

A very atmospheric place, beautifully decorated. But it's very cramped inside. The tables are low, not for eating, but for drinking. It's more spacious outside, but you can easily mix up the tables and sit in another bar) there are no special divisions.
The waiter girl was very friendly and attentive until 19.00, after 19.00, when the institution switched to cocktail mode, none of the bartender guys came up to us in 15 minutes (they asked for a cocktail card themselves). They wrote here about the excessive sociability of the guys - apparently they were offended by such a review and decided to entertain only those who are directly at the bar 😄
The snack menu is very small, and after 19.00 it is still reduced by 2 times. We were not personally warned about this (only about switching drinks), which eventually caused confusion, since we are not used to drinking without having a snack)) and eating the same tartar all evening is also kind of weird.
At the same time, I can't help but note that the tartare was delicious, and my friend liked her meat in a pot too.
Cocktails are expensive, champagne with strawberry juice (strawberry spitz in a smart way) is generally unreasonably expensive (19p per glass!).
The general conclusion for me personally is this: the establishment is designed purely to drink something unusual and either get drunk, or go try a cocktail and go somewhere else (which we eventually did).

Yesterday we decided to stop by for coffee, hoping to try an unusual coffee cocktail. As a result: they served us for a very long time, 15-20 minutes. The people who came after us had already been served, and we were still waiting. When the drinks arrived, I saw a small glass with a volume of about 150 ml. Okay, maybe the taste is unusual. It turned out to be simple cocoa, with no flavor combinations or additives. I am very disappointed that when I came to such an unusual place, I received a small mediocre cocoa for 14 rubles.

Tar tar is surprisingly served with tortillas with cheese, they complement the light well-seasoned meat well, it is tender rather than spicy.
The toasts are great, surprisingly the turkey version has a slight sweetness and turned out to be a little more interesting than the fish toast. Toast with fish and cream sauce is served cold with boiled egg and pickles, a very unusual fresh and light combination, perfect for a summer breakfast. Coffee with chocolate turned out to be a thick, rich drink served in a clay cup, topped with finely grated lime zest, which complements and refreshes the drink
Coffee with both cherries and cranberries at first glance is a rather strange combination, but in practice it is tart, sweet-sour and fragrant, I definitely recommend trying it for those who are not afraid of bold new combinations. As for the light of desserts, there is little choice here:honey, carrot and potato. Unfortunately, there was no carrot, but honey turned out to be beyond praise, with a light aroma of floral honey, an airy delicate slightly sour cream and a very beautiful decoration in the form of edible checkers, which are made from blackberries. This honey cake can definitely be called perfect, for my taste. And besides, it's a big plus that the portions are small and any meal will be harmoniously complemented with this worthy dessert. The potatoes are more classic, well-made, with the aroma of alcohol and a rich chocolate flavor and the necessary viscosity.
The only thing that spoiled the impression was that I had to wait a long time for the calculation, since the girls served other visitors and apparently forgot me.
