My wife and daughter and I stayed at this hotel from January 5th to January 18th, 2023, this is my third trip to Vietnam, we stayed in other hotels, there is something to compare. Very convenient location of the hotel (2nd line), 200m to the beach, near restaurants, shops, fruit stalls, currency exchange offices, taxi stand under the windows, 800 meters along the first line towards Gorky Park Grill Garden from 17.00- 22.00, (I recommend). The rooms are spacious, cozy, good Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, kettle, water, coffee, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes with paste, refrigerator and safe, and our rooms had a sea view, a good buffet, although it does not differ in variety, the rooms are cleaned daily. I will say separately about the staff, there is a quick reaction to any breakdown of something in the room, I want to highlight a wonderful employee at the reception named Danny, if she receives guests, all issues are resolved promptly, she will tell, show if she is on the buffet in the morning, there is complete order. The only inconvenience is that none of the hotel staff speaks Russian, so we had to communicate using an electronic translator.

Great hotel. We got 801 rooms. A large double bed and a full-size double bed. Standard rooms:refrigerator, TV, armchair, large table, coffee table, bedside tables, glasses, mugs, kettle, towels, slippers, soap and soap accessories. Room cleaning daily, + 2 bottles of water. Breakfasts, as they say on "slaughter". There is always a large selection and everything is fresh. The pool on the 19th floor is clean, the depth is the same everywhere 1.40. Sometimes there are not enough sun loungers, there are only 6. A gym with a sea view, but the choice is small: a bicycle, skis, a treadmill is broken, a bench for the press and a rich set of dumbbells. Beach towels are provided, but not before 9.00 a.m.
