Overall, I am happy that I stayed at this hotel. The deluxe room overlooking the pool itself is very shabby. I arrived early in the morning, but had to wait until the scheduled 2 p.m. And then with tension. I spent time waiting by the pool and in a separate SPA. BUT...The room has never been restored to its proper condition! I found a chocolate wrapper by the window, a very obscene-looking mat on the table by the mirror, and crumbs from previous tenants were left on it! I shook it myself and rolled it away. The bathroom floor is covered in some kind of unwashed stains. The towels are grey. At the same time, after one of the cleanings on the bed, I saw an advertisement for a laundry, which I had previously driven along with the rest of the booklet and under the TV. Who needs your service if you don't wash your towels properly? As I have seen in the reviews of tourists, the pillows are strange, with bloodstains. And pillowcases too. I barely found one of the four pieces that was more or less suitable. And, most likely, when cleaning the room, the pillows are thrown on the floor. I'm not even talking about the shelves in the bedside tables - dirt, crumbs. I wiped one for myself to use. Towels by the pool are hard to get. Therefore, tourists still take them to the room and dry them on the balcony. The staff is very friendly, but just as slow. The rooms are cleaned in threes. The breakfasts were quite good, they didn't bother me. There are four types of fresh fruits, plus more in batter (bananas, at least). But the tea and coffee cups were often poorly washed. I liked the pretty territory, there were chipmunks. It's great that you can swim in the pool until 22:00. The deluxe room had brushes with toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, shower caps, needle threads, cotton swabs, soap. Paper napkins in the box. Hair dryer. There are no slippers. There is an umbrella, a safe. Tea, coffee, sugar, dry cream. There are no teaspoons. There were few outlets in my room, one each in the bathroom and one in the room. I had to turn off the TV and plug in the kettle. Yes, in the middle of the stay, a gecko started running around! Not to say that it is pleasant. But maybe if it wasn't for him, there would be more mosquitoes. The other day, an evening with Indonesian dancing was held at the hotel - don't be fooled... Not worth it... The buffet cost 165k rupees, and there were only two dancers, they came out only three times for a minute and a half and only once they slightly changed their clothes. I checked out of the hotel at 7 a.m. The Brekfast box was not prepared, which I was not surprised at, although I ordered it in advance. The car was about to leave when an employee from the reception jumped up to me with some kind of incomprehensible bill for 100k rupees. Have you tried to breed something? Well, it didn't work out. Yes, one of the advantages is that there are complimentary fruits and snacks at check-in! Snacks are served once on the second day at any specified time and place. For me, it was a full-fledged lunch - there were several vegetable sprint rolls, kebabs, meat in batter with sauces.
