Firstly, in the sales area, especially in the corners, a large amount of hair is noticeable — this creates a feeling of unkemptness and violates sanitary standards. Secondly, the cashier named Sergey looks untidy (dirty long hair, unkempt appearance), which causes an unpleasant impression. In addition, he showed no interest in helping the customer: at the entrance to the store, he sat with his face buried in his phone, and only got up after a minute or two. She answers questions uncertainly and cannot advise on the product. I really hope that the management will pay attention to these points, because cleanliness and competent service form the reputation of the store and the comfort of customers.
