The consultants are good, but there are very few of them for each department, you stand in line for an hour for your question. Of course, the store management does not accept anything about this and will not accept it. And most importantly, online delivery, it is certainly the worst here. But consultants are generally not responsive. They do not want to help with the search and selection, or they do it with an extremely unhappy face.
