Time has passed, the brigade is standing, the money is coming, we are waiting. I'm calling again. This time the girl turned out to be more conscientious. I was able to get a call from the store.
They called, said that the insulation would not be brought, they made a mistake with the order. They apologized, and the money was returned.

It remains to find out how to compensate for the simple brigade.
