I really liked the atmosphere of this place. It's very peaceful and cozy here, quiet music is playing, so you can relax and have a good time. The interior is stylish and comfortable, and the staff is polite and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. A beautiful place located in the city center. The kitchen is average, considering that the receipt is above average. Potato pancakes are a complete disappointment. They brought some kind of potato pie with sour cream on top and poured a spoonful of caviar, for 4400 such a pleasure.

A very nice, comfortable hotel with very tasty breakfasts. The rooms on the 4th floor have been renovated. The bar in the room is paid, but the water is replenished every day for free. Also available for free in the room: a kettle, tea and coffee bags, sugar, slippers, bathrobes, towels, shower cap, toothpaste and brush, gel and shampoo dispensers, toilet paper. All consumables are replenished. Payment for the room is accepted only by card (Russian cards do not pass), or in cash in Kazakhstan. The room has a very large plasma TV with access to YouTube. Wi-Fi is available in the hotel lobby and in the room, and upon check-in they give you a password to connect. In general, this is a hotel that you want to return to.
