One of the best places in Minsk if you are looking for some delicious bakery/coffee and soft atmosphere to relax. Staff are really positive and kind. The prices are reasonable, generally average for this city. Can recommend this place to visit 👍

To say that I fell in love with this coffee shop is to say nothing!
The place is soulful, atmospheric, with great pastries, delicious breakfasts and delicate and fragrant coffee!
The staff is very polite and friendly! Clean, cozy, just magical!

A nice cozy cafe with a small number of seats. The menu is not very diverse, several types of salads of approximately the same price category, a few hot dishes, one type of omelet, but a wide selection of pastries. The price category is above average. On a day off, it is already difficult to find a place in the afternoon. The wardrobe is immediately at the entrance, and the hall is a little further away, which is not very convenient, because you are responsible for the safety of things yourself. The service is relatively fast, in order to make an additional order, you need to go to the counter, since there are practically no waiters in the hall.

One of my favorite cafes. Wonderful, helpful staff. I take bread on a regular basis, I really like sourdough bread from this particular bakery. We tried everything from baking - super. There are some favorites - a twist with poppy seeds, a twist with cinnamon, a croissant with chocolate, a classic croissant, a piece with cherries (I forgot the name). And there's great cocoa here.

It is not a budget place, it is very popular, it is necessary to book a table. The range is mainly represented by pastries. I was very impressed by the large, beautiful loaves, and maybe I will buy them sometime.
I took brownies and Lime Mint cupcake for dessert. Brownie is dense, rich chocolate, slightly salty.
Introverts are better off taking products with them: there are a lot of visitors on weekends, the tables are close to each other, so it's easy to hear what others are talking about

Baking is beyond praise. From the exclusive, if you want to please your loved ones on Easter holidays, Panettoni is baked according to the Italian recipe and I will say even better than in Italy). And there is a Christmas tunnel - it is also a local masterpiece.

Good bakery, excellent pastries, very interesting combinations. However, it is too expensive and there is not enough space inside (it is very uncomfortable if you come with a company or a couple, as the tables are too close to each other, and you almost always need to wait for a table), so I cannot put more than 4.

It's a beautiful place. Among the advantages are the beauty and convenience of the establishment, the menu for the whole day and incredibly delicious pastries, which are always fresh. Of the disadvantages, the price of the products is quite high (it's worth it!!!). In addition, due to the popularity of the institution, there is a rule against working at a computer in the institution. A bakery is a bakery, a lot of people come in for bread.
We were after 16 o'clock, my breakfast was no longer working and I didn't like the evening menu - there were 3 salads to choose from, soup of the day, sandwiches and quiche.
I wanted a hearty hot meal (but this is only in breakfasts).
The quiche was delicious, the rolls were normal
The staff is polite
There are signs on the tables that you can not work with a computer and tablet here.
We were sitting at a table for two (a shared sofa and chair), probably the third one from the entrance - when the door is opened, it blows - there is no heat curtain.
It's cool to sit on a chair.
Also, people who were lining up to buy buns formed a traffic jam - and the staff and other people tried to squeeze between them, so they brushed against her husband's chair.
Therefore, I do not recommend these seats for boarding) but it is comfortable on the couch))

however, I had to do a couple of things on my laptop during the working day. I noticed a warning about this only at the checkout (that they ask you not to sit with laptops), but where to go, the order has been paid for
while I was waiting for food, I turned on the computer
, and almost immediately a girl swooped in, saying that I couldn't use laptops, although I didn't sit there for hours, but I wanted to do work while I was waiting for food anyway
"you can't use it" and "please don't use it" are different things, and you should write about it at the entrance, not modestly at the checkout.
The waitress kept trying to pick up the unfinished food.
The worst part was when she took the empty plate from under her nose, threw a dirty napkin at it, and just took out the napkin and returned the bowl to its place. firstly, what kind of service is it to take away food, secondly, to give it out after a dirty napkin, and thirdly, no apologies, as if it were necessary
Maybe we went in on a bad day, but it's fucked up, not the atmosphere and service.

The pastries are quite tasty, the coffee is for an amateur. But the service is lame. They don't always say hello. There was also a case when, at about 9 a.m., I went to the checkout to quickly take out pastries, but the staff seemed to be around the checkout, but in fact no one greeted me and did not accept the order, waited a few minutes for the order to be accepted (although there was no one else in the queue), in the end I had to leave with nothing with what.
UPD a few months later: they slip the wrong pastries more than once, 3 times in the last couple of weeks, the other day they tried to prove that I said the wrong number of buns. I often notice that the staff communicates with each other in a toxic way. (Please do this not in front of customers).

It all started promisingly: a good interior, its own pastries. Breakfast was fine, but then everything went wrong. The cheesecakes were disgusting, with a fishy or metallic taste, and this reaction was not only mine, but also my friend's. We decided to report this, but instead of apologizing, they started arguing with us, claiming that everything was fine with the cheesecakes.
As a result, we were offered to replace the dish with pastries, but the cost was three times lower. It would have been logical to offer a replacement for the same amount, but we were not allowed. Moreover, the waitress was rude, offering to pay for cookies from her salary.
As a result, we asked for a refund, but were left with an extremely unpleasant impression. The service is questionable, it would be better if you just replaced the dish and brought a compliment than all this.

Great bakery. We were on Sunday, at 10 a.m. there was already a rush and a lot of visitors. We took cappuccino, cherry kraffin and shakshuka. Everything was very tasty. The waiting time is about 15 minutes. The only drawback is a very nervous and tired staff. Hence, probably, the inhospitality. We need more waiters. Because the same girl was delivering orders to everyone and clearing the table, the second was taking orders, the third was making coffee. That's all. Well, the prices, as for me, are still too high.

A wonderful selection of fresh baked goods, confectionery, pies. As an amateur, I really liked the croissants. However, there is no dispute about tastes - I am sure everyone will be able to choose something to their taste. They couldn't leave without taking something delicious. The photo is attached. Very tasty coffee (probably the best in the city), pleasant breakfasts (without exceptions), a wonderful extract. But the attitude of the staff is frustrating: unsmiling and makes inappropriate remarks. I was aware that the institution had changed its concept and forbade working in a coffee shop, but this rule reaches the point of absurdity and the cafe turns into a GULAG. After ordering a large breakfast for two, pastries and two coffees, I took my laptop out on my lap for 2 minutes to find a train ticket. One of the waitresses on May 12 at 12:00 made a remark to me that I could not get my equipment. I told her that I was not working, but looking for a ticket, to which I was given the answer that it was also impossible. Conduct a training session with your employees and teach them to be friendly and not to walk around with sour faces. I don't want such an institution to spoil because of fame. P.S. out of five visits to Flax, cashiers confused the order twice: then two identical coffees appeared, then pastries were forgotten.

Cons: pigeons fly on the veranda, sit on tables. The baristas and, in principle, all the girls from the staff have faces with subtitles, very, very unfriendly. The place is nice, the drinks and food are delicious, BUT!
Laptops are not allowed, and I only found out about it when the waiter told me after the order was paid (the small signs on the tables are very uninformative). I had to do everything I needed via the phone, and it took about 40 minutes along with the meal.
Add a sign on the front door, I think there will be fewer people.
