The cost, the level of service, delivery, packaging - everything is at the highest level. Ordering via the website is convenient, the order support in WhatsApp is excellent. The delivery was pleased with the timing, taking into account the order for the new year, in addition, in my case it was included in the price. The order itself (contact lenses) were protected by packaging in bubble wrap. I recommend it to everyone!

I ordered lenses on the website, when placing an order, when choosing the base curvature, the diopter parameter flies off. I ordered -6, changed the curvature, the diopters dropped to -0.75, I didn't notice it.
The order was brought, I paid, and saw that the diopters were different from the ones I needed. I didn't print the order. I asked for a replacement, I was ready to come to the office, the packaging was not broken, the receipt.
They refused. Disappointment in the service. Such is the "care" for customers 8(((
