But the tact and patience, the desire to help me was obvious on the part of the seller. I wasn't the only one in the store. The seller skillfully and tactfully managed to respond to other customers and work with me. We talked for a long time and I managed to remember the name of my assistant, ELLA. And the ribbon was also chosen well. Thanks again for the products and for the competent staff selection!

I've been wanting to write a review about the store for a long time. A nice, bright store with lots of textile haberdashery (you can find braid and ribbon for every taste). I am pleased with the large number of curtains at an affordable price. The only negative is the lack of a seamstress. The store management said they were resolving the issue. I come in often, the staff is very polite and qualified. A blonde girl had been working there as a designer for a long time, and this made it easier to make a choice in such a difficult matter as window decor. Unfortunately, there is no designer. As it was, it was a pleasure to work with a real expert in my field. In defense of the girls of the sellers, I will say that I witnessed how one customer (female) caused a conflict with an employee by his behavior (the head of the department came out to her. of course, all the sellers came up, but they couldn't stop the verbal flow consisting of unpleasant words). I sincerely envied the staff's restraint. To sum up: the store is good, the staff is decent, and it's worth considering returning to the store as a designer and seamstress.
