Previously, until 2017, I bought shoes mainly in this store. The price range corresponded to the quality of the product, it was possible to find very high-quality expensive shoes and a more budget option. The staff was friendly, advised all customers, and gave valuable recommendations. This year we came to Vitebsk, went into the store and were unpleasantly surprised by the poor assortment of goods, high prices, and, most importantly, amazed by the arrogant attitude of the staff towards visitors. There was a feeling that the customers were clearly superfluous in the store and greatly interfered with the work of the sellers. We do not recommend visiting this institution, so as not to spoil the opinion of high-quality Belarusian shoes.

Good morning! I'm very upset about the shoes I bought at Leon's store. It's not the first time I've bought, but this is the second time, and there probably won't be any more purchases in the store. Last summer, I bought sandals, and I bought them not at the beginning of summer, but around the middle of July. I spent literally a month in them while I was pregnant. They are very comfortable, soft, and most importantly wide, everything that was needed, since my feet were swollen and it was impossible to pick up shoes, but I found them in this store. After wearing these shoes several times in the summer, the sole came off, and this was the second time, only if it was the next day and the store was doing repairs at its own expense, as I really liked the sandals, I didn't want to take the money. And now the situation repeats itself. The price, sorry, is not small for shoes, I can afford to buy shoes like that, BUT, excuse me, be kind, then be responsible for the quality of your product and guarantee that your shoes are really worth the money. I am very upset that once again, I bought such low-quality shoes. I hope that you will correct this situation, and you will monitor the quality of your product and appreciate your customers.
