We accidentally discovered the Leon restaurant when we were returning from the museum, and decided to stop by in the evening. This is a very cozy place with a pleasant decoration and a lot of plants that create an atmosphere of comfort. The service also left a positive impression — the waitress was polite and friendly, helped with the selection and hit the nail on the head with cocktail recommendations.
We tried several cocktails, which we really liked. The oysters, which were large and tasty, and the hedgehog with an unusual tartare dish left a special impression. Although the hedgehog was a little different from what we tasted at the Black Sea, it was very tasty. The mussels in cream sauce were just great, and the pancakes with salmon and poached egg were a real discovery — I haven't seen them anywhere else.
I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for high-quality food and interesting dishes. The prices are slightly higher than in other places of the city, but this is fully justified by the quality and uniqueness of the offers.

A very pleasant impression of the restaurant. The service is excellent. Friendly staff who knows the menu, whose advice you can listen to, then you will not regret that the waiters recommended the girls. The interior and exterior are very pleasing to the eye. Green, fresh, uncluttered, airy, interesting! The music was in tune with the conversation and the mood. The prices are reasonable. Everything we took was delicious. I didn't have time to take pictures of everything, it was so aesthetically pleasing. We will definitely come back.

My husband and I visited this "wonderful", much-praised institution during a business lunch. The impressions are not so enthusiastic. The order consisted of 4 dishes for two. The first dish that was brought to us was the "soup of the day", 25 minutes after ordering. Almost cold bean soup, usually such dishes do not require long cooking. While I was eating the soup, my husband looked into my mouth with hungry eyes. At the moment when my plate was empty, my husband brought his order, pancakes and salad at the same time. There was an attempt by the waiter to justify the long wait. She began to describe in colors an exclusive way of cooking pancakes. When I asked why it was impossible to bring the salad right away, she blushed and said that she needed to serve the VIP table. My ordered salad wasn't ready by this point either. As a result, I don't know why to include business lunches in the concept of the restaurant, if you treat it so negligently for a super-praised restaurant?!!!

After visiting, there were two impressions, on the one hand, a beautiful place with pleasant and nice staff, on the other hand, strange cuisine, dishes are not what you expect, nothing is ordinary, and an attempt to grasp many cuisines of the world (Belarusian, Thai, European, seafood, etc.) led to the fact that, non-core cuisine It does not correspond to the recipes at all and is made for show.
Desserts are very sweet, the meat is either hard or overcooked, and tastes like stew from a strategic reserve.
Vegetables are more disgusting than edible.
If I had visited this restaurant again, definitely not.
But, the staff is beyond praise.

Today we went specifically to the draniki, as we remembered that the restaurant has a whole separate menu with them. But there are no draniki today, apparently, the country has run out of potatoes. The waiter does not know how to serve and does not want to. The task of the waiter, among other things, is to sell the menu of the institution, and in this case, a person is not capable of this. They just didn't want to keep the customers and didn't try to offer anything.

Dish number 2 is duck! The duck was fragrant, tough and tasteless. I would never have thought that 3 people would not like food from the word at all.

The price does not match the quality and service! The order was waited for 40 minutes, the shrimp salad is terrible.... Salad with hot beef but with cold bambi vegetables, filet mignon is generally cooked.... Horror..... There is nothing but alcohol on the bar. The kitchen is open until 22:00, but at 21:30 it is impossible to make an order because the kitchen simply does not accept them, BUT IT WORKS until 22:00!
Having asked a question about the cook , maybe the day is not a good one , we were answered like this:
- today it's on meat, tomorrow on salads, after tomorrow on fish or billets!!!! My Shock was in Shock!!!
