We visited Leon twice, both times with extremely positive impressions. Sushi is amazing, especially on the seasonal menu, we ate it and were stunned, what was it all about? There is no rice in the land, or it is there, but there is so little of it that they did not feel it, it is a delight!! Caesar with shrimp surprised with an abundance of cheese. That feeling when you don't have to rearrange lettuce leaves in caesar to spread a drop of sauce on them. Shrimp in caesar - fried huge shrimp, super! The dishes are very large, which is very pleasing. We ordered lamb and brought a huge portion of juicy meat. Sweet sushi is a separate love. They are very tender and juicy, with lots of cream cheese and large pieces of fruit. All this is decorated with berries, blueberries were not put there for decoration, but they did not spare a good handful of fresh smooth berries! Amazing! The waitress Polina was courteous and showed an individual approach, advised the dishes, described in detail what was in the dishes, and what she advised was just 1000 out of 100. I recommend that everyone who comes to Abkhazia visit this institution. As soon as the sky in Voronezh is "opened", we will fly to you for dinner))

I have already visited this institution 3 times (I am writing visiting it on the 4th). Level service. Boys and girls run fast, they know the menu. Well done The food is decent, I really liked it. I wouldn't like it, I haven't gone so many times. Everything is consistently delicious. We tried many positions. From pasta with pesto and chicken, to katsudon. I also liked the interior. Local friends brought us here, saying it was the best place in the city. Well, as far as I understand, the restaurant belongs to a nearby hotel, so the terrace is large, but there is little room inside, it's uncomfortable to sit (but maybe this is my problem, because I was injured on vacation and it was problematic to stay out of bed at all). The price tag is acceptable, the dishes are OK - especially the delicious pasta with strachatella, it's a real treat. But how long is the wait, we thought we'd start eating each other. And the rolls that everyone is talking about are so-so in my opinion. Yes, you can eat it, but it's definitely not the best I've tried. But serving a big set is really good.

We were at the restaurant on 09/02/2025 around 20:30. Yes, the food is at the level of a good restaurant. The service is excellent. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive music, does not interfere with conversation. We ordered warm rolls, salad with caramelized eggplant, Thai shrimp, milkshakes. I liked everything. The shrimp is fresh, the dressing is a spicy, warm, moderately sweet Chili sauce. My husband was especially pleased with the eggplant salad. We will definitely come here more than once.

One of my favorite places in Sukhumi, You always come here as a guest — for the cozy atmosphere , delicious dishes of European and Japanese cuisine, and of course, for divine cocktails! They are really impeccable here ... It's a pity that the menu was updated. The beloved Nest and those unforgettable baked Asahi rolls are irrevocably gone. Because of this, the very perception of the place has changed a little, that one hundred percent delight has disappeared. But I always come back for cocktails and warm memories anyway, and not alone...

Of the cons : We were in the evening, a full boarding, a discount on this, but still. The fried shrimp waited 45 minutes! The pasta was barely warm and had already melted, there was not much seafood in it. They didn't warn me at first that there were problems with the terminal and the cash payment. Pros: polite discussion, generally delicious food, despite the delays and the serving temperature. There were a lot of fried shrimps! We're not going back, though. The disadvantages only spoil the impression for such a price and the presented level of the institution.

Previously, you always knew for sure-Is it delicious to have lunch in Sukhumi?- to Leon!! Today :Tom Yam is very spicy,not rich,the price tag is decent,they couldn't eat it,little milk,just a sharpness Ramen, the ingredients are not bad, but there is no taste, saturation , Rolls are normal Strudel is a complete disappointment, dry pita bread,unsweetened apples,waited a long time 🤷♀️ Branded pizza is similar to delivery for 350p The bonus is waiting for a beer in a bottle for about 30 minutes. Generally, the service was not bad, they were warmly welcomed, a comfortable table was picked up, but the long wait, with an empty hall, and seeing absolutely free waiters and bartenders at the bar, was quite frustrating I was surprised that the staff constantly walk in outerwear through the main entrance, past the tables, on personal business, smoking, drinking coffee, etc. (yes, we know that the waiters take meals in the next room, it doesn't bother, the girls quickly run away), and for sure, after all the transfers, sanitation is not respected Anyway, it's a pity, it was a great restaurant.

Hello. The three of us were me and two teenage children. I ordered a warm salad with meat. I didn't finish it, there was too much sauce, which was heavily soaked in vegetables and meat itself, and the volume of the salad didn't exactly match the price, and the salad looked sad somehow, lying in a sad pile in a large plate on several leaves wet from the sauce. My son took ramen, he loves this soup very much, but then he said, I can't eat it. I ate a few spoonfuls. I didn't say ramen at all. I liked the drinks prepared: milkshakes and smoothies. And if the management reads the reviews, Please turn on the air conditioners to a warmer temperature, it's very cold. The staff gave us blankets, but why can't we just make the temperature 22-24 degrees more comfortable??? People came in and out because of the cold, and we sat like frostbitten, wrapped in warm blankets, uncomfortable… Forgot. We also ordered a boat. So it was delicious. P.S. in order for a person to feel comfortable and not get sick, the temperature difference (indoors and outdoors) should be 5-6 degrees no more. On the advice of local residents, we visited this restaurant last year and were very satisfied. Upon arrival, we didn't even have a question about where to go to eat rolls. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. First, the submission : three types of rolls on one dish, without the client's wishes, it seems to me a little wrong. Well, plus the serving itself - it was just cooked and taken out - this is not the level of the restaurant that claims to be the Best In the city. The fish is thin, just rice. The service is long. First, you wait 40 minutes for the dish (there are no questions, we understand everything), but then you wait 15 minutes for the bill and the same amount to be calculated. I understand that the season is full of tourists, but they are increasing the number of staff for this.

I can't get to the restaurant myself, we ordered food several times. It's so delicious. We had burger leon, Dorado with vongole, pasta with seafood, salmon and shrimp with wasabi. A delicious dessert made from dried persimmons and salted caramel. This restaurant is firmly in the top of the best restaurants in the capital of Abkhazia. Many guests come with children, as there are special chairs for younger guests. One of the important advantages is the ban on smoking in the restaurant, which is the norm for Russians, but rather a pleasant exception for the Republic.

I've only appreciated it for the last couple of years. The menu has been updated, now they make divine bread with truffle oil. The best boat in town. The waiters are well-trained. A good barbecue. A varied bar menu. It is better to book a table during the season, otherwise you can stay hungry :) I wish the breakfasts were more varied. In general: I recommend visiting :)

In my opinion, the best restaurant in Sukhumi. We have been there several times in 2 years, they cook any dishes: pizza, pasta, salads, Japanese cuisine - great, gastronomic pleasure. A small selection of desserts and the desserts themselves are perhaps only inferior to everything else, IMHO. The service is beyond praise, we came with a large company of 14 people, ordered a lot of things, the waitress Madina remembered everything clearly, did not mix anything up, showed attention, everything was prompt and clear, well done! The best restaurant in the city. Very tasty sushi, lemonades, pasta, desserts. Ideal waiters who instantly memorize an order for 6 people without a notebook. A pleasant terrace (even two), and a cozy interior inside. The place is famous and popular - it is better to book tables for the evening in advance, while there is no reservation for Friday and Saturday evenings, there is a live queue - it is better to come early. And, oddly enough, there is not an exorbitant price tag for all this. Many cafes in Gagra are more expensive.

I didn't like it at all. The fishy stuff in sushi is the worst seen in recent years. Fish with foreign odors, with some specks of dust, salmon does not look fresh, eel is so-so, uneven pieces, it's done a bit. I don't recommend it. Maybe there's something better from the European menu, I haven't tried it. The menu is gigantic. I doubt that, in principle, it is possible to do all this well at the same time.

The food is insanely sweet and salty. The real taste of the products cannot be guessed behind the strong sauces. It's cramped inside, the interior is not just wooden tables. For the sake of ciabatta, which was fresh and delicious, I think it's not worth coming) But most of the guests ate Japanese cuisine - it did not occur to us to eat Japanese cuisine in Abkhazia)

Probably the only place in Sukhumi where the level of service is at a high level! This applies to both the service itself and the quality of the dishes. There is also a delivery (including hot drinks), an order via the website and, as a bonus, a nice outdoor veranda. If you do not want to experiment or take risks about where to have breakfast / lunch / dinner, then you are definitely here!
