Подошла на кассу, кассир пробила товары и молча смотрела в монитор 5 минут. Я уточнила не зависла ли у нее касса? Она ответила да, и позвала на помощь ещё сотрудника, после чего они пытались починить, в общей сложности прошло минут 15, у них ничего не вышло и они решили открыть другую кассу, за все это время никто из сотрудников не принес мне извинения за задержку, не объяснили сколько еще ожидать. Мы молча стояли и ждали когда будет хоть какая-то информация. Они решили открыть вторую кассу, я ожидала что мой товар перенесут и пробьют на второй кассе, но этого не произошло потому что подошел еще один покупатель и стали обслуживать его. Мы очень удивились и спросили а не хотят ли для начала нас отпустить? На что мне очень раздражённо ответили что у них все зависло. Я подождала еще некоторое время , на другой кассе меня так и не обслужили, ушла без покупок. Весьма неприятные впечатления, буду посещать сети магазинов с вежливым и тактичным персоналом.

Некачественный товар. Маркеры для вязания. Вроде мелочь, но неприятно. Ломаются, вся коробка - брак. Не думаю, что продавцы об этом не знают.
