My children don't know what it is to be afraid to go to the dentist)) And of course, the amazing atmosphere of family medicine, starting from the administrators, from whose greetings and smiles all the negativity goes away, and ending with the management. 11/25/2024 I came to Leonidia dentistry for a consultation with an orthopedist, whom I was really looking forward to meeting and came responsibly as much as half an hour before the visit. I do not undertake to judge the profession of doctors, because my acquaintance with this dentistry, unfortunately, ended in communication with the administrator. From the very first minute, I sat on the wrong ottoman, for some reason they told me to sit on another one. Oh well. Next, I provided a flash drive with a snapshot to prepare and upload to the doctor. The receptionist, with "tsking" and rolling his eyes, asked in surprise where I had taken such a strange picture at all. We fill in the data, I filled it out wrong. In terms of indicating the presence of diseases, it was written "choose unnecessary", I indicated everything wrong (either I got confused myself, or the form was not quite correctly drawn up, please take a look). In response to incorrectly filled in data, I again meet rolled eyes and a dissatisfied face. I'm sorry, but I'm a client who came to pay money, after talking with the administrator, it seems as if I came to you for free. You don't have to run in front of me, but it would be wonderful if the receptionist didn't roll his eyes and was more friendly. This is the first time I have such a situation that I am not so welcome in dentistry. As a result, after numerous sighs, "tsk-tsk" and eye rolls, your administrator silently watched me go. I didn't want to stay in such an unpleasant environment. Please pay attention to the administrator.
