She was recovering in a sanatorium in March 2025. During the stay, I was impressed by the gorgeous nature and well-groomed territory, clean rooms, pleasant and friendly staff, a good selection of procedures and modern equipment, excellent, high-quality, varied meals and friendly kitchen staff. The sanatorium has a good range of services, there is absolutely everything that your heart desires, both indoor and outdoor exercise equipment, you can rent a bicycle, play table tennis, visit a tennis court, dance in the evening or a cafe on the territory of the sanatorium, and you can buy a cool souvenir about the sanatorium-a pen with a company logo!Thanks to the administration and the management of the sanatorium for a wonderful rest. I am grateful to the chefs for the delicious, healthy homemade food. To the cultural organizers for not letting them get bored, especially for an interesting tour about the history of the sanatorium. Thanks to the reception staff for settling in according to age and interests (how do they do it?!). I am grateful to the neurologist for his experience, attentiveness and correctly prescribed physiotherapy procedures, the physical therapy instructor for his individual approach and kindness, and the massage therapist for his "golden hands". I wish good health and prosperity to the sanatorium and grateful vacationers. I recommend taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city!

A fairly good and well-adjusted way of life. Friendly staff. The treatment is good. There are many acquaintances who also come several times. A clean and respectable dining room. The kitchen doesn't always meet my needs, but it's a matter of taste. My wife likes it, but I like fried dishes more. I don't understand why carrots should be added to mashed potatoes. There are many different activities and excursions. It's convenient to come and go.

A very good sanatorium. Pine forest, lake, good location. There is no pool. We have been visiting regularly since 2008. I like the service in the medical building. You can go through the procedures earlier and even be late. The food is at a height, a customized menu. I recommend.
August 2023: check-in from 12.00 and check-out until 10.00 on the last day of the trip, no breakfast on the day of arrival, reduction in the number of procedures for sanatorium treatment, increase in the cost of paid procedures, repairs in the dining room and passage to it from the back door - these are the news. If it weren't for the weather and the water in the lake at 21-23 degrees, then the mood would be, to put it mildly, not very good ...
December 2023: the dining room was renovated, which pleases.
August 2024: a new halotherapy procedure appeared, but the dining room was upset - tea and coffee bags for self-brewing are given out for breakfast and dinner. They have to walk around with a thermos and their own coffee, cocoa and tea. The contents of the bags are a silent horror!!! We have been observing changes in the sanatorium for 16 years and unfortunately they are not for the better! Now the family plans to change the place of rest next time. Like that...

A very good medical base. Huge, well-maintained territory. Very good doctors are specialists in many areas of treatment. In summer, there is a beautiful beach with boat rentals. Meals are served four times a day according to a customized menu. I wouldn't say it's delicious, but you won't starve for sure.

I've been to the sanatorium 5 times, I'm from St. Petersburg, I'm a retired lieutenant colonel.
The dining room was renovated in the fall of 2023. Well done, but there are small drawbacks. There are no hooks in the toilet stalls. Should I hold the package in my mouth? There are no dryers (1 e already), no paper towels.
The junior medical staff became rougher. I was 5 minutes late for the Mud procedure yesterday and the nurse started yelling at me why didn't I warn her that I was going to be late. (there are no people, it's not the season). And that's what she was doing, that is, she was screaming, and there were people around. I took San.- Kurt. He took the book and left. I wrote a report on Mon. the report will be at the beginning. on the table.
Next, they carried out a massive reduction, removed all the cloakroom staff, hung up your own clothes and immediately announced that the administration was not responsible for the loss. Now one person performs many different duties.
The second building has been redecorated. It's gotten a lot better.
Many procedures were free, now they are paid.
But overall I like it.
I was at a New Year's banquet. 5 points, there was a lot of food left, snacks, we were given bags, my refrigerator was full. Another 1 and 2 continued to mark NG.
Now about the cons, I've left my suggestions to the administration.
The first is to meet a vacationer at a checkpoint. It's a long way to go from the checkpoint to the 1st building. I've walked in both snow and rain, but I'm a military man, and if a person is physically weak. He'll barely make it and won't want to come here anymore. The suggestion is to leave suitcases and bags at the checkpoint. The guard puts a name tag on the suitcase. The vacationer is on his way to get registered. When the registration is completed, the nurse of 103 office calls the checkpoint and informs the guard which building and number the vacationer was assigned to. The guard adds this information to the tag. And the dej driver. cars drive up to the checkpoint once an hour, pick up the suitcases and deliver them to the room.
The second drawback is not the fault of the sanatorium, but I think that the head of the sanatorium should step in and write an official letter to the Prosecutor's Office. The essence of the problem, earlier (2019) I ordered a bus ticket to Minsk in advance at the bus station in Borovka. It can't be done now. Moreover, there are no buses (and there are only two of them) from Borovka to Minsk on Wednesdays. I had to take it to Vitebsk.
There are private minibuses, but the dispatcher has no connection with them. But taxi drivers in the lobby of the dining room offer their services, and the prices are like mine in St. Petersburg.
Next, I suggest that everyone immediately take a picture of the bus timetable at the Sanatorium stop.
If the management decides on the issue of delivering vacationers from the checkpoint to the 1st building, it will be good, if not, then many will no longer come here.

Our beloved, kind Lepel Military Sanatorium. We rested 4 times, and we are going to do it again. The sanatorium is located far from the highway, in a pine-spruce forest, on both sides of the lake. A well-maintained beach in summer. Excellent, courteous staff in the medical building, good food, customized menu. The leisure time is excellent, concerts, discos. In general, we really like it!

Musculoskeletal systems- there are no elevators (only in the 2nd building), high flights of stairs, including to the dining room, where you have to go 3 times a day. Although special lifts for stairs have been used in the country for a long time. The work of the cultural sector is disgusting - they haven't been able to sign up for a single excursion in a week, and the person responsible for this work allows himself to deceive elderly people, make fun of them, and speak in an arrogant tone. It's terrible! But the work of the nurses and the medical corps is excellent. well-coordinated, professional and very friendly. Special thanks to the teachers of the Borovka village music school, who brightened up their leisure time with their performances.

Everything is very decorous and noble: cleanliness, order, neatness! The streets all have names and are numbered) Even the utility rooms on the outskirts have an address! We had a rest at the Lepel military sanatorium in June 2024. The trip was without treatment. The territory of the sanatorium is wonderful, lots of greenery, beautiful lakes. There is a customized system in the dining room. But at the last breakfast we were not fed what we ordered - it was strange. In the evenings there is a disco in the sanatorium. We haven't visited it, but other vacationers like it. Sometimes there are events during the day (concerts, excursions are offered for an additional fee.payment). Catamarans and boats can be enjoyed on the lake. The employee who is at the catamaran and boat pick-up point has days off on Sunday and Monday. There is a bicycle rental service. There is a good playground with exercise equipment, there is a field for volleyball, football, a ping-pong table. Next to the sanatorium is the village of Bobrovka. You can go to the store. There is a good beach in Bobrovka. The beach in the sanatorium is also wonderful.
It is not very convenient to leave the sanatorium without a car and without a Belarusian phone number. We left on Tuesday. There was only ONE minibus from Vitebsk to Minsk via Bobrovka. We had to bring our suitcases to the bus stop 20 minutes before her arrival and buy tickets, if THERE WERE ANY LEFT. It is impossible to order seats in a minibus without a Belarusian phone number. Therefore, the cashier at the bus stop (we arrived three days before departure) offered to buy a full ticket from Vitebsk to Minsk in advance on Tuesday.
In general, it was not bad. But next time we will choose another sanatorium.

A wonderful place between two pristine lakes! The treatment is usual, but with a very polite presentation. You're in charge of the sanatorium! Doctors and nurses are very polite and responsive. It's nice. The food is normal. No frills, but quite tasty and sufficient. They only went to the store for ice cream and watermelons. Well, for a bottle of dry )

If you want to go to a pioneer camp from childhood, this place will definitely suit you. A nice, clean dining room with meatballs and steamed fish. Kind aunts are educators. Nature is like in a fairy tale. But for those who are at least a little used to comfort, this place is unlikely to impress. We got a two-room room with a kitchenette. It is very comfortable. If this room (building 1, early October 2024, room 509) still had hot water... The beds creak and are hard. The association with the pioneer camp is being strengthened. As a person with a light sleep, I woke up with every flip on my side. A special "thank you" to the booking service, which first asked for an additional payment in 2 hours, "otherwise everything will be canceled." When you're at work and in your plans, it's not very convenient. Why not let us know sooner? Why not warn about the resort card? I've never been to a sanatorium, it's not obvious to me. Check-in is not around the clock, as we were initially informed. Registration is up to 4. There are no procedures on weekends. It is convenient to stop by at this time. Will I come back again? No. Will I recommend it? No. We were distracted from everyday inconveniences by walking and chatting with a friend. It's good that you came for a week.

I did not like the condition of the room: old, without repair, terrible plumbing, a hole in the linoleum, rudeness of the nurses in the 3rd building. My husband cut himself badly while shaving.Blood was flowing. I ran to the nurse on the 1st floor.There were 2 paramedics in the office.I apologized and asked for hydrogen peroxide. Not only were they not given, but they were also kicked out with the words that I was interfering with them! As a result, emergency medical care was refused! If you are going to this sanatorium, take ambulance vehicles with you, because there is no hope for medical workers! The rest rating is 4-.

The most beautiful places. A huge territory. A magnificent beach. Its own healing water and mud. Three sleeping buildings. Food for an amateur. Not a buffet. Rooms to choose from from economy to luxury. We took an improved room in the 2nd building. There is no elevator. The sanatorium was built back in 1940. And they put into operation in 1946. Little entertainment. People mostly have fun on their own. You can order a lake house for company and barbecue. There is a paid parking on site.

I stayed in this sanatorium for 2 days, although I paid for 3. The money was not returned within a day, although I paid without any discounts directly at the cash desk of the sanatorium. I'm telling you why I left. For me, a sanatorium is a place where there is a schedule, silence and positive emotions. Here it's the other way around. I rented a room on the 4th floor. Repairs are underway on the 5th. I'm asking on what days, at what hours. Answer: the builders do not obey us. Then the sound insulation in the rooms is bad, and God help him if people lived with understanding, but a good half come there to drink and not sleep until 2 a.m. Then I come to the dining room. The time is set to 9-00-10-00, 14-00-15-00. For example, I come at 14-30, aunts are already running 2 meters away and rattling dishes. I couldn't eat in peace, I went to this canteen one day and stopped. I do not know what kind of treatment we can talk about if there are no basic conditions for rest. You can't keep up with the schedule, you can't fully relax in the room, and you can't eat in the dining room. The staff, managers, and marketing are behaving incorrectly, to put it mildly. Apparently, the management is only interested in the financial side. I don't believe in the future of such establishments. It will be cheaper and more comfortable to rent a hotel, and most importantly, it will be better for your mental health.

The stay in the sanatorium was overshadowed by a young masseuse from the 2nd floor of the Medical building. A very rude and impudent girl. I was 2 minutes late, and through no fault of my own. The computer has a schedule of patient appointments for the entire period of stay. He sees that it is not physically impossible to get from one doctor to another and rudely does not accept a session. And everything is paid for. I had to solve the problem with the head of the department. We changed the masseuse's office on the 4th floor. An excellent specialist. A kind and professional masseuse. Pay attention to this. Do not spoil your stay and immediately refuse a massage on the 2nd floor!!! Save your nerves and mood. Only the 4th floor. !!!! Otherwise, everything is fine! . A good 2-room room in the 1st building, but you only need to take the 2nd floor, because there is no elevator. The medical base is good. The staff is wonderful, the food is dietary, in normal quantities, but heavy and without frills (the side dishes are scary). The nature and the air are amazing, the lake is beautiful, BUT it is infected with ciscridosis - these are duck fleas. If you make showers on the beach, it will save the situation.

Great place, beautiful nature, good treatment. Rehabilitation was required after intestinal surgery. Everything was somehow wrong. Sound sleep, treatments, good nutrition and mineral water got me back on my feet. Plus, my back hurt, I came with a half-hook, the doctor prescribed a massage for me and the masseuse straightened me out. The goddess!!! After the first session, I was already walking like a human being. They fed me from the belly, but as a result I didn't gain anything. In the summer, I think it will be even better there. The sanatorium has a well-equipped beach. In short, I recommend it, I haven't felt as good as I do now for a long time. The money was not spent in vain :)

Nature, lake, forest are beautiful, quiet, place, complete solitude. But, there are many buts. We were in May, and my friends were in April, when the heating season is already ending in Belarus. This must be taken into account, we did not take it into account, so we just froze in the room, which made me depressed by the end of my vacation! There is an amateur meal in the dining room, but it is 3 times a day, this is a plus) they sit at the tables strictly in places, if you are less than 4 people, you will share a meal with strangers, but they will be strangers only on the first day) one of the advantages is a good medical building, there is mineral water, a large well-groomed territory.

I had a rest in a sanatorium in August 2024. Treatment is all according to the regulations, depending on the number of days of stay. I liked that all the procedures are in one building. The staff is friendly. As for the food, the menu is customized, but I did not like the quality of cooking. They serve for a very long time, we had to wait 20 minutes between the appetizer and the main course. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. The room cleaning is disgusting, the garbage is not cleaned for 3-4 days. During the 12 days of stay, the plumbing was washed 1 time. I won't come here a second time and I don't advise anyone.

Now about the sore point:
1. My wife and I decided to purchase two vouchers for August this year, we booked a room through the sanatorium's website (05/11/2024), but it was indicated that payment (50%) must be made within 2 hours, there was no necessary amount on the card and the payment was made to the bank account (from the Belarusbank branch according to the details of the sanatorium), we met the deadline within the specified two hours, but when we came home, we saw an email message that our reservation was canceled, called the marketing department of the sanatorium, where we were told that two rooms would be reserved for us, but the reservation was withdrawn, since we allegedly did not meet (?) the deadline (two hours). Two days later, we received an email message again that two rooms had been reserved for us for the dates we indicated, but our family circumstances had already changed and we wished to refund the money deposited. And here the ordeal began: our money was credited to the sanatorium's account on 05/15/2024, we wrote a refund application recommended by the administration and sent it by e-mail on 05/15/2024, and after my repeated and unanswered calls on 05/18/2024. (and this is on a business day!) in order to find out the history of the refund, I finally got a call back, but I did not hear either the number of the payment order or the date it was sent and that the money would most likely (?) be returned within 20 banking days (I read the public offer agreement, I am familiar with). Question - how is it that my money, which was also sent according to the details, reached in 4 days, and the refund is so long and why not return the money by postal transfer (I specified all my details)?
My conclusion to the above is a ruble input, two output. I recommend that all readers think carefully about this, and life is such that circumstances are sometimes stronger than us.

yes, outdoor exercise equipment appeared on the sports ground, but it was expected that comfortable horizontal bars and bars would also be placed nearby, but they are not there, but it would be necessary, a lot of young people are resting right there, do you think they do not want to pull up, push-ups, etc.?
I am against the pool that is being discussed in the comments - people, think about our nature - your mother and you don't ask for a pool! to accommodate it, somewhere, stick this is not a small building with a 25-meter bowl and communications, imagine how many giant trees you need to cut down!! but we will deprive ourselves of oxygen, and our children. so I appeal to the management of the sanatorium - Pavel Vladimirovich Tsykun and Vasily Leonidovich - you can not do a pool here in any case if at least one tree is damaged, do you agree? if someone wants to swim in winter, please, a pick-up from 14 people is organized, there is also a gym and a sauna.
about the fox cub - he is very thin and his hind leg is broken, he limps, but we feed him. maybe animal rights activists or kind people will take him away and treat him, hello Lepel, Vitebsk, Minsk? of course, Vasily Pavlovich limited travel through the territory where vacationers go to passenger transport (official), after which there is nothing to breathe, since the exhaust gases from them are live gasoline - especially if it is an old blue gazelle or green UAZ-"loaves"... and if you have a light sleep, then in the morning at 5.12 a.m. their drivers arrive on these ancient UAZ trucks for honey. examination to the first building, and they will definitely wake you up, as they slam the doors as if nothing had happened. - at least I don't hear them now and it's not time for the staff to move around the territory by Electric Transport, an electric charging station right next to a transformer substation would not hurt for owners of Electric cars and the cost of its construction is minimal (of course, this is an impossible dream).
in general, we liked to relax here, and finally slept after the city, there is no noise, we ate and swam in clean water (there are still no swans or seagulls, this is a miracle). and the administration is constantly updating something according to its capabilities and means - let's see what happens in a year. We are definitely going to come again.

I had a rest this year in the Lepel sanatorium. I'll tell you right away:
Cons: there is no pool, but the tour operator said on the website that there is, the rooms are dead: the sockets fall off, the kettle does not turn off, the bedside tables fall apart, the showers are mildewed, there is no enamel. The partitions between the balconies are small, you can safely move to another balcony and go to another room, you had to constantly close the balcony when leaving the room. There is only one refrigerator on the entire floor, it is clogged, it stinks of rotten stuff, the staff (cleaners) are rude, cleaning is done with a dirty rag, Wi-Fi does not work well, it takes a long time to get to the sanatorium. The food is like in a hospital, there is no special interest.
Pros: Lake Bobritsa brightens up all the disadvantages. The nature is gorgeous, the territory is large.
Wishes: to make at least a normal repair in the rooms, make large partitions between balconies, make a Wi-Fi network normally, recruit respectable staff (cleaners), add refrigerators, install at least an air conditioner in the corridor.

On the positive side: The places are very beautiful - the forest, the lakes.
The New Year's banquet was phenomenally held! The tables were bursting with delicious, varied dishes! Drinks (including alcohol), salads, snacks, hot dishes (2 shifts) - all at the highest level. Dishes for every taste! Fish, meat, red caviar, vegetables, fruits! No one went hungry! Then they also distributed bags so that those who wanted to take food with them to the rooms!
The presenter led the evening incomparably, the artist sang beautifully (unfortunately I don't remember his name), Santa Claus entertained children and adults, the DJ actually lit up!!! New Year's Eve lasted until 5 a.m.! We got a great pleasure from the holiday! Thanks to the organizers of the evening, low bow!
Unpleasant aspects: the condition of the room was immediately disappointed - the floor in the corridor sags, creaks, as if everything rotted under the laminate... the condition of the mattresses and pillows is deplorable. The sofa, armchairs, cabinets are more or less new. I do not know how often the room is cleaned, but looking under the bed I was shocked by the amount of dust that not only lies, but rolls in lumps. On the floor next to the bed was a bottle of medicines, apparently from previous tenants. When we were there, they washed the floor once, but they just wiped the open areas of the floor with a not very clean cloth that smelled of bleach. And also - the condition of the shower stall - mold in all corners!!! Black, all around the cabin! Well, the last drop of negativity is the dining room. I haven't tasted such tasteless food for a long time. Belarus is famous for potatoes and dairy products! But potatoes have been seen a couple of times in a week and then in the form of mashed potatoes. It's not tasty. There were no milk porridges, cottage cheese, omelette for breakfast ((( if the soups are even less, then the second courses are simply disgusting (especially stewed carrots). But in the evening they gave Lepel kefir! Fresh, delicious- do not spoil it! And the delicious bun was 1 time!
I would not have come here anymore and would not have advised anyone.

It's a great sanatorium, I've been here for the third time...very good medical base, excellent.....the medical staff is excellent, the food is very tasty, and nature is in general...the beauty is indescribable, the only wish is to make repairs in the rooms of the fifth floor, the Council of Ministers in one word!!!I highly recommend resting and being treated in this sanatorium)!!!

We rested in this sanatorium for the first time with our spouse in August 2024.We booked for 1 month, usually for 3-6 months, this is our tenth sanatorium in Belarus. A 2-bed one-room superior room in the 2nd building, on the 4th floor. The room is dark, the bathroom is in terrible condition, everything is old all around, the advantages are a large balcony, north side, they did not die from the heat, an additional sofa, clothes were put on it, one closet in the corridor and the most convenient location of the building. The maids of the 4th floor are the number two problem, after the room. They throw out only garbage, they lived for 12 days, washed the floors on the penultimate day, there was also a change of linen and towels 1 time, they issue toilet paper on demand and then stipulate. Therefore, these rooms are often involved in the promotion, no one is in a hurry to book them, we agreed because of the hopelessness. The refrigerator is shared on the floor, you can rent it, you can't hear the neighbors, this is a plus. Building number 3 is a General's building, no better, dark and damp like a basement, vacationers said.
Treatment in a separate building, all in one place, it is very convenient, very good medical staff, and all of them, attentive, kind, polite, it was very pleasant. Well done!!! Excellent massage therapist Zinchenko Elena Viktorovna, conscientiously did a minimum of conversations.
The equipment in the offices is all old, especially the baths, in the hydrotherapy room. Mud applications are weak at all, after 7 minutes they already become cold, not even warm.The salt cave was changed to aromatherapy.There is very little salt, a lot of people at the session, no pleasure. There is no pool. Mineral water is not suitable for everyone, there are many contraindications.
Cards are accepted everywhere. Disco, cinema show 2 rubles, concerts 20 rubles.Excursions- Minsk, Polotsk, Vitebsk, groups gathered, we did not go, we had already repeatedly Arranged an evening with a guitar, the honey holiday was saved.
A great beach is a plus for the sanatorium, the water is clear, sunbeds, sand, we swam, super, took a catamaran, nature is gorgeous, there are many gazebos, benches on the shore, people fish, just do not catch.
The dining room is renovated, bright, clean. The food is good, the portions are large, the service is long, in the first week we had lunch for 50 minutes, we were late for procedures, sometimes they brought already warm, the air conditioners were rarely turned on, it was hot.
There is a bar on site, it's expensive, but that's why it's a bar, the menu is modest. The coffee machine is only in this cafe. We bought various kinds of honey, delicious, sold berries every evening raspberries, blueberries, apples. Vacationers went for mushrooms.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest, despite the shortcomings, we love Belarus and the good people!!!

Hello! We rested in this sanatorium in July 2024 with our grandson. Yes, of course, nature, the lake is great. The rooms leave much to be desired. At first, we were accommodated in the 3rd building....terrible room, no air conditioning, nothing to breathe, terrible bathroom, in general, darkness! We went to the marketers and said we wouldn't live there. They offered to pay 7 thousand extra for an improved room in the second building. They paid extra. The toilet door does not close, the water from the shower does not leave, the button from the toilet barrel flies out. The grandson had to sleep on a folding chair.....yes...IMPROVED. The children's menu is disgusting, fish meatballs, some questionable casseroles....the grandson categorically refused to eat it. Well, the cherry on the cake. There is an inflatable trampoline for children on the beach. That's great! But a harmful old man works there as a lifeguard, at 17 he immediately stops giving out life jackets to children, without which it is impossible to go on a trampoline. Although he has to work until 19 o'clock. In general, a civilized holiday in this sanatorium is still very far away.

I think in summer it is much better here, because there is a huge reservoir, equipment rental, the territory is gorgeous, pine forest, mixed, the staff is friendly, but in winter it is boring, there is no entertainment, excursions are only private, not very cheap, but otherwise everything is fine!!

Smelly old rooms with dirty furniture and walls. Sockets are falling out of the walls, the wires are bare and loose sticking out. The sockets are broken. The showers and plumbing are all black, covered in mold and dirt. The toilets are piss-soaked, unwashed, and smelly. We arrived with the children. Really terrible unsanitary conditions. It's not about wealth and decoration, it's about cleanliness. We had 2 rooms: 408 and 411 in the 1st building. In the first room, among other things, the toilet was not fixed and disconnected from the drain so that the water flushed out. We checked in late at night, as we were on the road. In the morning, when changing the room, no one was surprised, but on the contrary, they said that this was the toilet. We were lucky that there was still a room available. We spent 4 days (prepayment) and fled to Polotsk to the Centaur hotel for the same money, but to a giant new 5* Deluxe room with panoramic windows overlooking the river. The food at the sanatorium was generally expected: simple, nutritious, without frills. It is not clear why there is so much of it: in the morning, at lunch and at dinner, 10 dishes with bread and butter... It's like people go there to get fat, because they don't eat at home at all. In general, you can not eat so much food at once - any nutritionist will tell you. Well, we didn't eat. Tons of food are thrown away. All our torments in the sanatorium were brightened up by the weather, nature and the territory. It was hot. We lay on the beach all day. We walked around the territory. The beach, the territory, the lake are all 5+, so the rating is not 1, but 2. Photos, unfortunately, improve everything. The reality is 10 times worse.
