We had lunch and dinner several times during the trip to Polotsk.
Delicious. Inexpensive. The menu includes not only dumplings, but also soups, hot dishes and pizza. I liked the sausages with boiled potatoes.
Solyanka soup is not bad, but it's not enough for a man, but again it's inexpensive, you can take two.
The dumplings are not bad. As I understand it, they are without beef, not the same, of course, as in Buryatia, for example, but better than all store-bought ones for sure. Definitely worth taking.
Interesting additions to dumplings and pancakes, in the form of toasted pork rinds or meat with onion.
Draniki, by the way, are on top.
The wish is to add beef to the dumplings.
If we find ourselves in Polotsk again, I'll come back.

My husband and I love this cafe very much, we often come to dinner. Stylish and beautiful interior, cozy atmosphere, quite tasty cuisine (today in Polotsk, this is not often found). The most important thing is the work of the staff, the girls are all so wonderful, already like family. They are always friendly, smiling, and serve very quickly. It's just that there has never been a negative, in all the years since the discovery. A couple of things that I would like to change is that salads are served in salad bowls, and not on flat plates, it's completely inconvenient to eat like this. We have talked about this many times, but nothing has changed. I hope after this review, the cafe management will meet you halfway. And secondly, to update the menu a little, add some new salads, snacks, etc. Please respect your regular customers.

They eat delicious and high-quality food. We often stop by for a snack while traveling around Belarus. Children and grandchildren like it. You don't have to wait like in a restaurant. The location is convenient, in the city center. You can always park your car outside the cafe or in the courtyard behind the house where the cafe is located.

It is a very cozy place, the service is fast, the waiters are very attentive, polite, friendly. The varied menu, everything we tried, was very pleasant. Of all the cafes in Polotsk that we visited, we liked this one the most! Amazing cheesecakes and delicious coffee in the morning. At lunch, excellent pancakes, dumplings, I really liked the Hetman salad and the cold brew.

The place is very strange, the interior is from the late 80s, the music is from the mid-90s, the eclecticism of the interior is kind of scary.
There is no sign of cleanliness, the tablecloth is covered in crumbs from previous guests, the glass partition around the tables is full of dust, and there is a general feeling of neglect.

We were passing through on 04/06/2023. We stopped by for lunch purely based on the ratings and reviews of visitors. It is a very cozy, warm place. Pleasant. Non-intrusive music is playing in the background. The staff is beyond praise, friendly, smiling. We took the lunch menu and everything we ordered except tea and coffee (tea, coffee was not ordered) is just stunningly delicious!!! Moreover, they brought everything so fast that we didn't even have time to notice. Draniki is not a semi-finished product, they deserve special mention! Prices are generally pennies. I highly recommend that anyone who is not familiar with the city visit this institution. Thank you so much for a great lunch!

This is a great place for home cooking. Dumplings, I'm not afraid of this word- the best! I haven't eaten these in 10 years. Pleasant atmosphere, polite staff. They cook quickly. The prices are very encouraging. About 900 rubles were given for two portions of dumplings, cabbage soup, vegetable salad with lightly salted trout. Meat is really meat.

We were watching the show "On knives" with Konstantin Ivlev and we wanted dumplings so much that we ran to look for such a place in the city. And to our surprise, it was found!! We ran like a bullet to the "Sculpt Ourselves" to enjoy a wonderful dish! Many thanks to the friendly waiter and the kitchen for the quick serving and bombically delicious dumplings! The place is neat. But the food and drinks taste like they're diluted. In Caesar, some other salad was put half with an iceberg. For a large amount of salad, a little bit of chicken, tomato and egg. Rich's juice was 100% diluted.

I ordered khinkali. In one of the three, the meat was frozen. You can't even mash it with a fork, into the bone. I agreed to additional cooking of the remaining two pieces. Boiled in water without a hint of salt (tough for receptors). I would call the meat pate. As a result, I was left hungry, it was impossible to eat. I was hoping for an apology as a dessert, buns, tea.. I would be happy with a new portion, but..The waiter kindly took the tip, and that was it. I haven't had such fun yet.

Not very. When we arrived, we were sent for a walk for an hour, they said there was an excursion they needed to clean up. The staff is frankly not very friendly. Nevertheless, they returned, the refrigerator was with a shell, fried dumplings were fresh, not salty, without seasonings, you can't eat khinkali at all. In short, I wouldn't have gone a second time.

We bought into the good reviews and came to dinner when we were in Polotsk. Digested Khinkali, you can't take hold of the tail. The taste is average. The refrigerator is more or less, but it is difficult to spoil it. Many items on the menu were not available. And the menu itself is so well-worn that it's a shame to serve it to guests.
In short, we just ate at the end of a busy day. They wouldn't come here anymore
