Good evening, I had a manicure at Leren Style. I recommend this salon! Everything is fine, starting from the meeting of the client who came for the first time, then the service by the master, I had a smiling, sociable Julia, who commented on every manipulation with my nails, told about the new varnishes of the salon, as an experienced master advised the shape of nails and generally maintained a friendly conversation. I was treated to delicious green tea with candy, I paid with a card, received a receipt for the service received and will definitely come back again!!! I can't help but say about master Anna, who did a pedicure next to the client, who completed the massage, a very cheerful girl 😃 Thank you for your professionalism and positivity at the same time!!!)))

I visited the salon "Leren Style" for the first time, the impressions are pleasant.  I did a pedicure at the master Julia☝️                                        She 's a great craftsman !  Skillfully and professionally performed a pedicure, leaving my legs perfectly groomed. 09.11.2022 была на стрижке у мастера Кристины. Такого качественного обслуживания я не встречала никогда. Не знала, чего хочу, мастер подсказала, как мне пойдет, я согласилась, что было верным решением. Очень мягкая, незаметная стрижка. Когда появлялись вопросы, по структуре волос и др, был получен развернутый ответ. По сравнению с салонами, которые позиционируют себя как "Люкс", здесь более профессиональные мастера и приятнее сервис.

Я только начала свою историю с этим салоном, но уже могу заложить уверенность в качестве и клиентоориентированности. Сервис хороший, все удобно,массажист лучший в Минске пожалуй. Буду пробовать другие услуги!

Комната для педикюра маленькая, в процессе педикюра вся одежда и я покрылись пылью, которую счищали с моих пяток. Самое удачное, что после этого появился грибок на ногтях, от которого до сих не могу избавиться. При мне набор не доставали с нового пакета, но я подумала, что мастер заранее подготовила уже новый набор. Даже подумать не могла, что тут используют приборы общего пользования. Сделала педикюр один раз, а сейчас вкладываю очень много денег на лечение и посещение подолога. Поэтому не смотрите на отзывы и цены, а контролируйте весь процесс мастеров, особенно гигиеничность процедуры.

Отвратительное обслуживание, очень неприятный персонал, считаю что нитолько я такого мнения. Пусть меняют подход и проявляют уважение к клиентам, тогда будет положительный результат. Рекомендовать не никому не стану.
