The repair of a gasoline tool is expensive and of poor quality. I gave them a faulty petrol pump (it wouldn't start), they "made" it for me, for which I paid 50p. I drove 40km to mow the grass and it turns out that it does not start, i.e. nothing has changed. It turns out that I just threw away money, wasted time and fuel on the trip. I bring it to them again, this time with claims. They, turning their noses, pick up, re-diagnose and offer to pay another 80p. I naturally refused, because trust in them was already at zero. Then they demanded to pay 30p for diagnostics, i.e. for a previously paid procedure. How do you like this plot? The attitude towards customers is rude and disrespectful. I will not apply and buy anything there anymore!
